Accounting and Budgeting of Timekeeping


Timekeepings created every month are subject to accounting and budgeting at the last stage.

The following adjustments should be made in order to reflect the timekeepings to the Accounting and Budget.


1- Accounting of Timekeeping

The accounting of the Timekeeping is done via the icon marked below.



However, in order to perform this transaction, definitions must be made in the Payroll Rules > Accounting Account Groups field.

At the same time, "Accounting Code Group" must be selected from the "Accounting Code" page in the employee's salary card area.

NOTE: In order to define Accounting Account Groups, there must be an Accounting Plan defined by the Accounting unit in the system.

NOTE: Personnel working in the same branch offices may be affiliated with different Accounting Account Groups.



NOTE: While defining the Accounting Account Groups, it is necessary to check if all the items are in the definition. In case of a missing item, the accounting will not be made due to the Debit/Credit inequality during the accounting process.

When you create a line in the definition field to add a new item, the account items will be opened and the desired account item will be selected. In this way, all items should be defined and marked as Debit or Credit.


If the accounting of the timekeeping has been created without any problems, accounting receipts will be generated at the end of the transaction.

NOTE: The timekeeping of a branch office with Salary Receipt and/or Accounting cannot be deleted even if the lock is unlocked. First of all, the receipts and accounting receipts should be deleted, and then the deletion process should be performed.

NOTE: In order to carry out the accounting process, Accounting Transaction Category ID and Accrual Receipt Transaction Category IDs must be defined from the XML settings in the Accounting Transfer pop-up.


2- Budgeting of Timekeeping

If there are budget records for the relevant period, the budgeting process of the timekeepings can also be done. The budgeting of the timekeeping is done with the help of the icon marked below.

Budget transfer will be made depending on the definitions in your accounting code groups.

NOTE: With the XML option on the page, you can enable the budgeting process to be done on the basis of person or accounting code group.

 


Getting Branch Office Timekeeping as PDF

You can get the Timekeeping Templates of the people in the branch office into PDF at once via the Timekeeping page. The “PDF” icon on the line performs this operation.

 

Sending Emails to Employees

You can send your payrolls created with the "Send Timekeeping as email" icon to the e-mail address of your employees.

NOTE: In order to carry out this process, the e-mail addresses of the employees must be defined on their E-Profile cards.
