Public e-Invoice


Taxpayers registered in the Government e-Invoice Application can issue and send e-Invoices via the Government e-Invoice Application on behalf of public administrations and their affiliated spending units that are within the scope of the central government and using the New Expense Management System developed by the government.


Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Invoice > Sales Invoice


The information that should be included in the e-Invoice documents to be sent via the Government e-Invoice Application on behalf of the public administrations within the scope of the central government and the relevant spending units is given below.

  • Bank information
  • Classification Code
  • Origin

Invoices to be issued to the public must be in the Public Invoice or Basic Invoice scenario. Only Government Scenario should be used to be able to apply controls for Public Bill on W3 only.


Things to do before use;

Transaction Type

Route: Dashboard > BPM > Transaction Categories

In the Transaction Category detail, Invoice Type should be Sales and Scenario should be Public.


Account

Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier

TIN must be entered correctly in Account detail. Adding and updating accounts also work with Web services. If the TIN is entered correctly, the system will check the Public box by querying. There is no need for the user to mark it manually.

Tip: The Taxpayer Transfer Report in Standard Reports has been updated. While querying the Taxpayer Transfer Report, it will check whether it is Public or Private by looking at the current TIN.


Origin

Route: Dashboard > System > Parameters > Countries

The country Code field is filled in country definitions. Country Code is not mandatory. It is defined in the parameters if it is selected in the product detail, xml. The origin area will also be sent. Country Code values can be found in the ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 Country Codes List.


Product Detail

Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Products

After defining the Country Code in the parameters, it is selected as the Origin in the product detail.

The Classification Code is defined from the HS/CPA Code field in the product detail.

Origin and Classification Code are not mandatory. If it is selected in the product detail, xml. will also be sent.


Invoice Submission

After all the definitions made, an invoice is issued to the Public.

Transaction Type: PUBLIC scenario is selected in the invoice. (Mandatory)

Bank Account: Bank Account is selected in the invoice detail. (Mandatory)

Classification Code: It is defined as the HS/CPA code in the product detail. (Optional)

Origin: It is defined as Origin in the product detail. (Optional)
