Current Account Filtering Options

There are many filtering options available on the Current Transactions listing screen. As the main filtering options, current transactions can be listed by Branch Office, Transaction Type, and date ranges.

The types of transactions that can be listed here are divided into 6 main headings; invoices, bank transactions, cash transactions, current transactions, expense-income receipts, and check-notes transactions. When no transaction type is selected, all current transactions under these headings are listed.

These current transactions can be downloaded as a zip file or saved as a document in the digital archive on your system if the "Import Excel" checkbox is checked, when the search button is clicked.

Tip: In order to get full efficiency from the Current Transactions module, examine the related contents in the upper right corner and make the necessary definitions.

When you click on the "More" button, you will see many filtering operations to list more detailed and specific current transactions:

  1. Expense / Revenue Center: Expense / Revenue Center defined on the system can be selected. The current transactions to be listed will be limited to those under the selected Expense / Revenue Center.
  2. Budget Item: Current transactions associated with the selected budget item can be filtered.
  3. Physical Asset: Physical assets with current transactions can be filtered.
  4. Account Type: According to the defined account types, standard, sales, purchase, advance, collateral, and similar account types can be selected.
  5. Saved by: The employee who records the current transactions on a person-based basis can be selected.
  6. Current Account: Current transactions can be filtered according to the current account.
  7. Collection Type: Selection can be made according to the collection and payment type.
  8. Document Closure: Current transactions can be viewed as closed or not closed. If desired, the listing can be made with the option of all, regardless of the document status.
  9. Project: Current transactions associated with the project can be viewed.
  10. Employee: Selection can be made according to the employee associated with the current transaction.
  11. Representative: Filter can be made according to the representative of the current transaction.
  12. Member Categories: It is easier to view specific current transactions according to the options under three main member categories: account, contact, and employees.
  13. Subscription No: Current transactions are listed according to the subscriber's number.

Current Transactions List

After the listing is done, a list of current transactions appears according to the filters we have made. The details of these current transactions are collected under the headings of the basket number, document number, transaction, branch office, project, account, member number, current account, amount, currency, amount in foreign currency, currency, explanation, and date.

If desired, the transaction type of the current transaction and the details of the current account can be accessed by clicking on them.

Tip: You can export all these current transactions out of your Workcube system in Google Sheet, Excel, Word, or PDF format with the help of the button on the top right of the basket area. If you want, you can send it by e-mail or print it out.

We listed and analyzed our current transactions according to the filter options we made. There are two actions we can take with the information we get from these current transactions; account statements and manual invoice closing.

You can read our article titled "Current Account Statement" for detailed information about the transactions that can be made with the account statement.

With the manual invoice closing process, the debit transactions of this current transaction can be done manually.
