Accounting Transaction Categories


Accounting-related transaction category definitions are made step by step. Accurate definitions ensure correct accounting transactions.


Route: Dashboard > BPM  > Transaction Categories 


As shown on the page below, the Accounting module is selected from the module filter on the page. Here, listings are made and adjustments are made in the transaction categories related to the accounting module.

The screenshots above show the following;

  1. The "+" is used to "Add" an action category. The pencil icon is used to update the relevant category.
  2. It opens a page to display the action categories we want to add.
  3. The page we opened presents the system-defined transaction categories that we want to add.
  4. The relevant boxes are ticked to indicate what type of transactions the Transaction Category will perform. Records the marked fields.
  5. It authorizes the transaction categories we add for the authorized position categories we define.
  6. It authorizes the transaction categories we add for the authorized positions we define.
  7. If there is a situation in the transaction category, information will be sent to the people with Approval and Notifications, as in some of the sections; this section will only also show depending on your authorization.
