Motor Vehicles Parametric Definitions

Thanks to the parametric definitions you will make for the Motor Vehicles screen, you can customize your motor vehicles, maintenance, fuel expenditures, KM checks, vehicle purchase-rental, and many other definitions for your organization. Due to the special definitions, you can make your controls better and reduce costs.

Before starting to use the Motor Vehicles module, it is important to make parametric definitions. Parametric definitions for Motor Vehicles can be accessed under Motor Vehicle Management on the Dashboard > System > Parameters page.

Penalty Types

On the Penalties page, if an accident occurs with the allocated vehicle, the record of the penalty associated with it is entered with details. Plate, responsible, user branch, penalty amount, and much similar information are processed here. By diversifying the penalty types, you can clearly show why this penalty is given, thanks to parametric definitions. The definitions to be made in Penalty Types are related to the Motor Vehicle Management > Penalties page. In the image below, various penalty type parameters are made as an example.
If desired, you can enter this penalty type in other languages by clicking the dictionary icon. Thanks to this feature, companies that have international businesses or have employees who speak different languages can use their Workcube with the same information in more than one language at the same time.

Accident Types

With the Accidents module under Motor Vehicle Management, details such as the license plate of the accident vehicle, the person responsible for the accident, the location, the date of the accident, the defect rate, and the type of accident can be entered. In order to make special definitions of Accident Types, it is necessary to make parametric definitions.

Defect Rate Types

It is possible to detail the defect rate in the accident thanks to this parametric definition. The amount of the penalty to be imposed is determined according to this defect rate.

Fuel Types

It is possible to enter the type of fuel consumed by the vehicle, thanks to this parametric definition. The fuel types to be added by a company that operates railway lines and a company that has a vehicle fleet naturally differ from each other. Unlimited parameters can be added for these screens.
