Note Transactions


With Workcube Note Transactions, you can store the notes received from your customers in the cash account, give them for collection, give them to the bank for collection or give them to your suppliers by endorsement for your debt payment transactions.

Note List Filtering Options

You can view your notes by filtering according to many options on the note transactions listing screen.
  1. Transaction Type: It can be filtered by selecting the desired transaction type for Note Transactions.
  2. Current Account: It can be filtered by selecting the note belonging to the current account being processed.
  3. Bank Account: Filtering can be done according to the bank account selected for the note transaction.
  4. Branch Office: Filtering can be done according to the bank branch selected for the note transaction.
  5. Saved By: It can be filtered according to the user who made the note.
  6. Project: Notes with a project relationship can be filtered on a project basis.
  7. Start/End Date: The payment made/to be made for the note transaction can be filtered according to the date of collection transactions.
  8. Collection/Payment Type: In the note transaction, filtering can be done by collection and payment method.

 

Note Transactions List

After listing, the list of the notes registered on the system is displayed according to the selected filters. You can export the list of all these notes in Google Sheets, Excel, PDF, Word formats by clicking the marked button on the screen, or share them by e-mail if you wish.

To print the notes one by one, click on the "Print" button corresponding to the year in the basket area.
Warning: In order to use the Note Transactions screens, "Transaction Type" definitions must be made for the relevant screens on the Transaction Categories screen. For detailed information on the subject, you can read our article titled "Check/Note Transaction Categories".

Note Entry Register

Route: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Note > Note Entry Register
A pop-up opens, where you can add the note by clicking on the marked "Add Note" button on the note entry register screen.
 
Note No: A number is given to the note so that the note can be tracked.
Accounting Account: The accounting account in which the note will be traded is selected.
Payment Place: The payment processing location of the note is entered.
Debtor: The information of the debtor for the year is defined.
Special Code: If desired, a special code can be defined for tracking other than the Note No.
Transaction Currency: Enter the amount and currency of the note.
Maturity: The maturity date is determined for the note.
After entering the information for the note, click on Save and the relevant note will appear on the screen.
The entry process is completed by associating the Transaction Type, Payment Method, Physical Asset, and, if any, with the associated project.
 
Warning: The Transaction currency in the Note and the currency in the Cash Account must be the same. Otherwise, the system will give a "No Record" warning.

Returned Notes Entry Register

These are the notes in which the notes returned for collection purposes are returned to the cash account.

Returned Notes Entry Register -Bank
 
The notes sent to the bank for collection or collateral are the notes that are returned to the cash account.
