How are the product-inventory selection lists used in the baskets set and used?



Purpose of Usage

The page used to select the products defined in the product module on the order, invoice, delivery note, and inventory receipts pages in Workcube and display the relevant record on the basket lines by product selection popup.

The following are the pages where the Selection List is used.

There are 12 inventory selection pop-up windows that we can choose according to the structure of the document to be selected (purchase transaction, sales transaction, consumable, waste material, etc.) and according to the needs of the users.

Products are added with the plus icon in the basket.


How to set?

On the pages that use baskets, the Product-Inventory selection window is selected in the System > Page Designer > Basket Settings tab.

XML Setting Definitions


1 - Show Other Company's Stock Information

It allows you to view the stock information of the other company in the product selection pop-up window, not the company you are in the system. E.g; You can use this option if your production and sales to dealer companies are separate and if you are supplying from your production company and then selling when you follow your stocks in your production company and sell them to the dealer. This option also performs serial number-based search and serial number-based stock transactions.

2 - Company to Show Stock Information

If you selected option number 1 as yes, you need to write the id value of the company where the stock information will be displayed in this field. When you select the relevant company from the System->General Settings->Company Definitions page, you can access the id value from the page path.

4 - Listing Based on Lot Number?

When this option is selected as yes, lot number filter and lot number column appear in the pop-up window.

5 - Automatic Filtering?

When this option is selected yes, the page will list as soon as it opens. When No is selected, it works when we come up as empty and say list.

6 - Receive Only Products with Prices in the Price List

When this option is selected as yes, the products that do not have a price in the selected price list will not be included in the list.

7 - Let the Product Terms Work According to the Payment Method

Payment method selection is available in the purchase and sale conditions in the product detail. If yes to this option, the conditions associated with the payment method selected in the document will work.

8 - Don't Let the General Discounts Work

It is the option defined for the general discount field in the risk and a working information of Accounts to work or not. This discount applies to all products. The discount defined here is displayed in the 6th discount field among the discounts. In order to add the 6th discount to the basket, all discounts from the 1st to the 7th discount must be selected into the basket.

9 - Let Project Discounts Work

It enables the discounts defined in the project details to work. You can define discounts on the link page in the project detail.

10 - Receive Price Lists Defined Only for Members in Sales Transactions

It ensures that only the price lists associated with the account are received in sales transactions.

11 - Get Price Lists Defined Only for Members in Purchase Transactions

It ensures that only the price lists associated with the account are received in purchase transactions.

12 - Let Prices Work Based on Stock and Spec

It is also possible to give a price on the basis of stock and spec on the adding price page to the product. With this parameter, it is ensured that these prices are also displayed on the selection page.

13 - Filter by Project?

It specifically lists the products selected for the project.

14 - Filter by BOM?

When this option is selected as yes, a filter appears under the product name in the pop-up window and we can list the consumable lines in the BOM of the selected product.

15 - Show End User Price

If selected, it also displays the standard selling price of the product.

16 - Get Project Connection Price List Selected

If a connection related to the selected project is defined in the document, it brings up the price list of that connection.

17 - Show Product Description Information

It also allows the description information defined in the product detail to be displayed as a column.

18 - Stock Filter Default Value

When the popup is first opened, the stock filter allows it to open as all or as in stock.

19 - Show Stock Code Information

If Yes is selected, the stock code column appears in the list.

20 - Display Manufacturer Code Information

If Yes is selected, the manufacturer code information is also displayed on the list.

21 - Show Custom Code Information

If Yes is selected, special code information will appear in the list.

22 - Filter by Repository

If Yes is selected, the tank filter comes.

23 - Display Warehouse Stock Information by Product Units

Displays warehouse stock quantity information according to product units.

24 - Show Customer Price Including VAT

Allows prices to be listed with VAT included

25 - Warehouse-Based Product Quantity Control

It prevents the addition of more products than the amount in the warehouse.

26 - Tank Filter Default Value

When we open the pop-up window, it ensures that the value that will come to the warehouse field comes from the field in the document or from the user authorization detail.

27 - Warehouse-Location to List Actual Stock Amount

We can enter the location number value, which will show the actual stock quantities in a separate column, here.

28 - Warehouse-Location to be Listed Amount of Salable Stock

We can enter the location number value to be displayed in a separate column of the salable stock quantities here.

29 - Default Price List

When the page is opened with the id value entered here, the relevant price list is selected.

30 - Coming Price Lists According to Position Type?

Authority to see price lists according to position type price list relationship.

31 - Get Spec Names?

It is for the spec name to appear in the list instead of the spec numbers.

32 - Should the Model Come?

Allows the model filter to come

33 - Should Stock Information Come?

Provides stock information.

34 - Sort By

We can choose what the default value of sorting will be.



List Types


1. Standard Inventory List without Price

The standard inventory list without a price is used in transactions that do not need to use a price list. When the unit field is clicked, the purchase transaction brings the product to the basket line with the standard purchase price and the sale transaction with the standard sale price in the product card. When we click on the unit part for each line, it will add the product to the basket area as a new line.

2. Sales List with inventories and special Prices

More than one inventory can be defined for a product in Workcube. For example, you can define two stocks for the Shirt product, under the names Shirt Blue and Shirt Yellow. If you are using the system by opening the product card in a single stock card and multiple stock cards, you can reduce the related stocks to the baskets with this pop-up window. At the same time, this pop-up window works according to the prices of the stocks in the relevant price lists.

3. Purchase List including Inventory

This pop-up window should be used if working with a price list in purchase transactions.

4. Inventory List - Warehouse Receipts

The relevant page has been prepared to be used on the inventory receipt adding page in the inventory module.

5. Sales list with special prices, specs, and inventories

You can use this pop-up window if you are using a price list, if you are opening multiple stock codes for products, or if you want to see the specs of your manufactured products in the product selection pop-up window.

6. Purchase List including Specs, Inventories

You can use this pop-up window if you are using a price list for purchases, if you are opening multiple stock codes for products, or if you want to see the specs of your manufactured products in the product selection pop-up window. You can use this popup if you are both producing and supplying the products you produce.

7. Sales List with workmanship, inventories, and special prices

There is a workmanship product field in the product card detail. In the product selection pop-up window, the price of the related product in the standard sales price list of the labor product is displayed in the column named labor in the product line.

8. Sales List with workmanship, specs, and special prices

The only difference from the seventh pop-up window is that it also displays the spec information for the manufactured products. The remaining fields are the same.

9. Product List with Inventory Strategy Based on Supplier

It is a pop-up window prepared for use in buying transactions. It is used to quickly list the product cards of which the Account (Company) in the relevant document is the supplier. At the same time, it shows the status of the product in a column according to the stock strategies defined in the inventory detail.

10. Inventory List with Shelf and Expiry Date

Same as inventory list popup with price list number twelve, except it lists stocks by shelf and expiry date. Additionally, there are shelf and expiration date columns.

11. Price List including Installation Calculation

When using the retail sales invoice on the add or installment sales screen, a price list with a text calculation can be used.

12. Inventory List including Price List

If you work with price lists, manage your products and customer prices with price lists, you can use this pop-up window.
