Edison Automotive company uses the Workcube platform to manage human resources operations. With the growth of the company, a new Human Resources staff was needed to manage the processes. Thereupon, a personnel request was created and upon the approval of the personnel request, an announcement was made in the system for this required position.

The CVs of the applicants were examined and added to the CV pool and a selection list was created for this pool. An interview was held with the candidate who was suitable from the selection list and after the interview was positive, the employee's employee card, salary - allowance, and personal information were defined and the employment process was made.
