Search Contact


The Customer/Account module functions are used to record the potential customers and suppliers that an institution wants to be in a relationship with, to know the interlocutors, to follow all the relations and communication with the customers and suppliers.



These contacts registered in the system can be searched on the "Search Contact" page;

ROUTE: Call Center > Search Contact


You can filter in the field at the top of the page. You can filter the members according to their active-passive status, by information such as an address, telephone, name, and last name. If you click on the “Search” button without making any selections, all contacts will be displayed.

At the bottom of the page, accounts are listed depending on the search selection you have made. Accounts; It is listed with Name-Surname, Position, Company, Member Category, Province, Phone, Mobile Phone, Member Type, TIN/Tax No, E-Mail, and Status fields.

When searching by entering the customer's name, if there is no record, the system will give a "No Record" warning. In this case, "Save as Account" and "Save as Contact" options are available for you to register the relevant customer.



1-Save as Account: When you click this button, the system will direct you to the Account registering screen. The information you enter in the filtering field (Example: Customer Name) will be filled automatically.

2-Save as Contact: When you click this button, the system will direct you to the Contact registration screen.


Search Contact Page XML Setup


1-Company

If Yes is selected, it allows filtering by company name.

2-Filter by Card Number

If Yes is selected, the card number field appears in the filter field and allows filtering according to this field.
