Campaign Management

Marketing policies, which are arranged in certain periods in order to gain new customers or increase the sales of existing customer groups, can be made with campaign management.

In Workcube, campaigns can be used with the campaign business object. Process definition - authorization, parametric definitions, and data entries are required for the use of the campaign business object.

• Process definition – authorization is done on Dashboard > BPM > Processes > Campaign page. All standard processes have been defined in Workcube. If there are stages other than registration in the process to be used, it should be defined. Authorizations are given by adding users to stages.
• Parametric definitions; It is defined under the "Marketing" section under the "CRM" on the Dashboard > System > Parameters page.
• Data entries; can be done using the insert pages.

Campaign Categories

Campaign classifications can be provided with campaign category definitions. Definitions such as 20% Discount Opportunity in Education Packages and 1 Year Support Service in New Product Purchases can be made.

Campaign Sub Categories

Campaigns can be classified in detail by making sub-breakdowns related to the campaign category. It is possible to define such as HR training under the 20% Discount category in training.

Campaign Team Roles

Employees who will take part in the campaign can be determined according to their roles. Definitions such as Assistant, Leader can be made.

Campaign Details

A campaign communication list can be created by creating target groups according to the selected parametric fields in account or contacts. In accounts, lists such as "A+ customers are the target groups of the campaign" can be created.

With the content to be published in the "Posts" field, mailing can be made to the target groups determined within the scope of the campaign.

"Contents" proof models can be arranged according to needs.

Warning: Mail can be sent with Workcube. For this, e-mail settings must be made. If the daily limits of the mail server to be sent are not sufficient, the mail will not be sent.
