Mail Sending in Timekeeping


Payroll operations are based on timekeeping calculations. After the system calculates the timekeeping, an e-mail is sent to the employees.


Preliminary Processes

  • First of all, make sure that the mail server settings are made.
  • All employees' e-mail addresses must be defined on their e-profile.

Main Processes

  • Branch or Person Timekeeping must be run.
  • It should be ensured that the person timekeepings are correct.
  • Branch Office Timekeeping must be locked.
  • A mail can be sent to all employees in the Branch Office (Picture 1) or individually. (Picture 2)

Post Processes

  • Mailbox should be checked.
