Sales Orders


The Sales Module allows to manage all sales operations from the center and gather them in the sales center. You can enter a sales order from the "Sales Orders" page in the sales module.


Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Sales > Sales Orders


Inventory Reserve: If this box is selected, a reservation will be made over the existing inventories. It is reserved up to the amount of the order.

Note: If the order is no longer valid, the "Reserve Inventory" box must be unchecked in this sales order. Otherwise, the inventory reservation process will not be canceled. Reserved orders can be viewed from the "Received Orders" field of the inventory detail.

1-Title: In this field, the title of the order is entered.

2, 3-Customer and Contact Person: The relevant current account is selected from the Customer field. In the contact person area, depending on the selected current, the contact person will come automatically.

4-Sales Employee: The employee in charge of sales is selected from this field.

5-Sales Partner: Specify the business partner with whom you will act together in the fulfillment of the order. (Example: Dealer)

6-Reference No: It comes from the previous document. For example, if this order consists of an opportunity, the document number of that opportunity will appear in the reference number field.

7-Offer: If this order is related to an offer, the relevant offer is selected from this field. For detailed information, you can review the Sales Proposals document.

8-Additional Info: Additional information about the order is defined in this field. Additional info is defined from parameters.

9, 10, 11-Order, Shipping, and Delivery Date: Order, shipping, and delivery dates of the order are selected in this field.

12-Warehouse: The warehouse where the products will be released is selected.

13-Shipping Method: The shipping method to be used is selected.

14-Place of Delivery: The place where the delivery will be made is selected.

15-Country: The country where the order is made is selected.

16-Process: Specify the stage of the process related to the order. Processes differ in each company.

17-Payment Method: Specify the payment method that will be valid for your order.

18-Maturity Date: The entered term is automatically transferred to the invoice.

19-Contact: In the contact management area, you can specify how the desired products are ordered.

20-Project: If the order is related to a project, the relevant project is selected from this field.

21-Task: If a task record is opened for the order, the relevant task is selected from this field.

22-Sales Region: If you wish, you can select a sales region from this area.

23-Explanation: A description of the order is entered.

24-Reference: You can choose the member who directs the order process.

25-Contact Person: The contact person who deals with the order is selected.

26-Priority: The priority of the order is determined.

27-Subscription No: If the order is associated with a subscription, the subscription is selected from this field.

28-Campaigns: If the order is associated with a campaign, the campaign is selected from this field.

29-Special Definition: The special definitions you use for your orders from the parameters can be prepared in this field.



The use of the basket area is as follows;

To add products to the basket, click the “+” icon at the beginning of the basket line. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the inventory code, barcode, or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.

You can change their amount manually. Then click the “Save” button.

The following operations are performed with the help of the links in the upper right;

1-Add Shipment: By clicking this link, you will be directed to the add packaging and shipping screen. In this area, the shipment of the order is made.

2-Add Credit: Companies can define credit for high-priced orders. Credit definition is made in this field.

3-Expense Details: Expenses related to the order are displayed in this field.

4-Payment Plan: You can create a payment plan by clicking this link.

5-Create Purchase Order: You can create a purchase order linked to the sales order. E.g; If you are working with zero stock, you can create a purchase order from the wholesaler when the sales order is entered.

6-Account Details: The member information of the current account selected from this field is displayed.

7-Packing: You can create a package record from here.

8-Issue Invoice: You can invoice the order by clicking this link. In order for the order to be reflected on the invoice, the order stage must be "Shipping".

Order Details: When you click on this icon, you can view or add documents related to the order, view or add analysis related to the related member. You can view transactions associated with the order (in the process), working conditions (sales and purchasing conditions), special and general discounts.

You can also access the order fulfillment report and the order inventory report from the order detail.

With the help of other links, you can view additional information of the order, related notifications, and perform operations such as printing, saving, adding a new order.



Order Creation via Data Transfer

You can use the Data Transfer icon to create multiple order records at once. Click the Data Transfer icon in the upper right corner of the order registration page.

Document: Select the document with the product information in this field. The format of your document should be as written above.

Transfer Type: Make the relevant selection based on the code found in your document (inventory code, barcode, or custom code).

After specifying the necessary information, click the "Save" button and you will be directed to the order adding page. After detailed selections, you can place the order.

When you click the "List" button, you can list the products in the document you have added. You can also convert it to an order after you list it.
