Customers and Suppliers XML Settings


The customer is the consumer of the product or service. The producers of raw materials and products that companies or individuals will use in order to sell their products and services are called suppliers. You can check your registered business network from the Customer-Supplier module.


XML Settings determines page-specific operating rules. You can access the XML Settings by following the Dashboard > System > Page Settings route while on a page.


Contact List XML Setup

12 - Does the Code Area Dial Equally?

If yes is selected, it searches for the written code directly. It doesn't look for what's in it. For example code: Let's say B3. if yes it just returns it when searched as B3.

If No is selected, it returns all B3, B33, B330, B32, etc. Its purpose is to bring the relevant current by targeting directly, not the linked ones.

With all 12 XMLs above, you determine which columns you want to be displayed during the listing.


Add/Update Contact XML Setup

1 - Enter Address Information in Details?

If Yes is selected, the address detail field appears on the page.

2 - Is Neighborhood Information Optional?

If Yes is selected, the neighborhood information is selected from the selectbox. If No is selected, it will appear as a manual entry field.

3 - Do Identity Number Check (Mandatory)?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the ID No field is mandatory. It is obligatory to enter ID, Name Surname, Date of Birth for identity check.

4 - Is Reference Member Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the reference member field is mandatory.

5 - Is Billing Information Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the billing information field is mandatory.

6 - Is the Date of Birth Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the date of birth field is required.

7 - Is Home Phone Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the home phone field is mandatory.

8 - Is Relationship Form Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the relationship type field is mandatory.

9 - Is Workable Statement Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, it will be mandatory to select the workable field for registration, update.

10 - Should the Province be Selected Depending on the Sales Region?

If Yes is selected, the provinces associated with this option can be selected when the sales region is selected.

11 - Display the Representative as Subscription User in Registration?

When Yes is selected, the user in the subscription is displayed in the representative registration.

12 - Should Bank Accounts and Credit Cards Be Subject to Financial Authority?

When Display is selected, only users with financial authorization can see this field.

13 - Active/Passive

When it is selected, the active/passive box is displayed on the page.

14 - Potential

When it is selected, the potential box is displayed on the page.

15 - Affiliate Member

When Display is selected, the linked member area is displayed on the page.

16 - Reference Member

When Display is selected, the reference member area is displayed on the page.

17 - Positions to Update Reference Member Information

The position id of the persons who can change the data in the reference member field is indicated by writing.

18 - Referred Member

When Display is selected, the suggesting member area is displayed on the page.

19 - Member Category

When Display is selected, the member category field is displayed on the page.

20 - Card Number

When Display is selected, the special code field is displayed on the page.

21 - Photo

When Display is selected, the photo area is displayed on the page.

22 - Business and Business Address Information

When Display is selected, the work and work address information field is displayed on the page.

23 - Personal Information

When Display is selected, the personal information area is displayed on the page.

24 - Home Address Information

When Display is selected, the home address information field is displayed on the page.

25 - Right - Photo

When Display is selected, the photo area on the right side of the page is displayed.

26 - Right - Individual Member Team

When Display is selected, the individual member team field on the right side of the page is displayed.

27 - Right - Branch Office Relationship

When Display is selected, the branch office relationship field on the right side of the page is displayed.

28 - Quick Add Screen

When Display is selected, the screen design and the areas on the screen change.

29 - Member Special Definition on Quick Add Screen

If Display is selected, the member custom definition field is displayed on the quick add screen.

30 - Automatic Password Generation

If Yes is selected, it will automatically generate a password.

31 - Name and Surname Spelling Standard

By selecting the only uppercase, all uppercase, all lowercase, or as written, the Name Surname registration process is changed according to this criterion and saved.

32 - Passive Credit Cards?

If Yes is selected, inactive credit cards are displayed in the Credit Cards box.

33 - Can the same credit card be added more than once?

If Yes is selected, the same credit card can be added to the system.

34 - Check the Relationship of the Credit Card with the Subscription?

If Yes is selected, the credit card of the relevant user is displayed as a selectbox in the subscription.

35 - When Credit Card is Activated, Should Other Credit Cards Be Deactivated?

If Yes is selected, if there is one active credit card, the others will be disabled.

36 - A Secret Question?

If Yes is selected, the secret question field will appear on the page. This secret question field is used for password operations on the site side.

37 - Individual Member Agreement Content ID?

If the id of the content is entered and saved in the content ID question of the individual member agreement from XML, the subject of the content is displayed on the individual member add page and the checkbox below is checked, the member can be registered.

38 - Hide Password Information?

If Yes is selected, the data entered in the password field will not be seen.

39 - Only Numeric Password Can Be Entered

If Yes is selected, only numeric data can be entered in the password field.

40 - Send Password as SMS?

If Yes is selected, the SMS icon where the password can be sent will be displayed on the page. The password information of the user is transmitted via this icon.

41 - Manual Password Entry?

If Yes is selected, it allows data entry in the password field.

42 - Check Mobile Phone Number?

If Yes is selected, the system checks the number writing while sending SMS. The number must not start with 0.

43 - Is Mobile Phone Mandatory?

If Yes is selected, the entry of the mobile phone field is mandatory.

44 - Change the E-Invoice Usage?


Account List XML Setup

1 - District

Makes the district column appear in the list.


Adding Account XML Setup

1 - Is it possible to register a member with the same name?

When No is selected, the system does not allow the registration of members with the same name.

2 - Campaign Information

When Yes is selected, it allows the display and selection of the campaign area.

3 - Get Neighborhood Information

When Yes is selected, the Neighborhood information selectbox appears on the screen.

4 - Product Category Display?

When Yes is selected, the Product category selection field appears on the screen.

5 - Get Associated Brands?

When Yes is selected, the associated brand selection field appears on the page.

6 - Should the Upper Sector be Selected?

If Yes is selected, Upper sector selection field is displayed on the screen.

7 - Tax No/Office or Identity No Required

When Yes is selected, one of the tax office or Identity No fields must be filled.


Account Update XML Setup

1 - Should there be a Financial Summary in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Financial Summary box will be displayed in the right corner.

2 - Should the Account Team be included in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Account Team box will be displayed on the right.

3 - Should there be a Branch Office Relationship in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, Branch Office Relationship box will be displayed on the right.

4 - Should there be a Note in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Note box will be displayed on the right.

5 - Should Documents Be Included in Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the documents box will be displayed in the right corner.

6 - Include Content in Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the content box is displayed in the right corner.

7 - Should Bank Accounts and Credit Cards be included in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Bank Accounts and Credit Cards box will be displayed in the right corner.

8 - Should Other Authorities be included in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Other Authorities box will be displayed in the right corner.

9 - Should the Equipment be included in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, Equipment box will be displayed in the right corner.

10 - Should Contracts be included in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Contracts box is displayed in the right corner.

11 - Should Addresses and Branch Offices be included in Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Addresses and Branch Offices box at the bottom of the page is displayed.

12 - Should there be an Account Relationship in the Account Details?

If Yes is selected, the Account Relationship box at the bottom of the page is displayed.

13 - Active Employees

If Yes is selected, only active employees are listed in the employee field.

14 - Campaign Information

When Yes is selected, it allows the display and selection of the campaign area.

15 - Get Neighborhood Information

If Yes is selected, neighborhood information is displayed.

16 - Passive Credit Cards?

If Yes is selected, inactive credit cards are displayed in the Credit Cards box.

When Yes is selected, the Product category selection field appears on the screen.
