Assessment & Evaluation Forms

Workcube performance management allows you to create an unlimited number and content measurement and evaluation forms. You can associate the forms you create with periods, positions, and position categories. With the Performance Evaluation System, you can increase the competency levels of your employees and make performance measurements and evaluations based on competency.


Route: HR > Performance> Performance Forms

 

HR Forms

  1. You can differentiate the effects of the results in the form of the result score as a percentage. 
  2. In the evaluation processes, by selecting the evaluators for your company from the stages of Employee, Feedback Giver, and 1st Supervisor, the effect of each evaluator on the result score is arranged as percent weight.
  3. Editing is done by selecting the date range in which the form will be valid and the position types to which the form will be applied.

 

Sections - Questions

In the Section-Questions field, questions that you will convey to the employee during the evaluation process are defined.

By clicking on the question you define, you can customize the questions by choosing Multiple, Single, Text Type.

 

Measurement and Evaluation Forms

To evaluate the form you have defined;

Route: HR > Assessment & Evaluation Forms

You can record the evaluation by clicking the plus button and clicking on the employee you will evaluate and the evaluation form to be applied to the employee.

This record you make will be defined in the employee card of the relevant employee.

Route: HR > Planning > Employee Information > Employees

Then, go to the employee card of the relevant employee and evaluate the form selected for the employee and save it.

Evaluation Form Approval

Route: The required information can be accessed by selecting the relevant fields on the HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > Evaluation Form Approval page and clicking the "Magnifying Glass" icon.

  1. Approval Status: In the evaluation forms, it refers to the area where the process is desired to be displayed.
  2. Selection Areas: The first icon represents file download types. The second icon represents the area where the data that is not desired to appear on the relevant page is selected.
  3. Arrangement: It refers to the arrangement of the relevant evaluation form.
