Human Resources Operations

The Workforce Needs can be followed up by the Human Resources unit through Permanent Staff, or in case of an unplanned situation, it can be advanced through the Personnel Request, which the managers can perform via Self - Service Transactions > HR Transactions.

Permanent Staff

Route: HR > Planning > Permanent Staff

In line with the planning made during the year depending on the workloads of the departments, the Human Resources unit can make the necessary planning for Permanent Staff.

Your companies and branch offices affiliated with these companies are listed on the Permanent Staff listing page.

When you click the + icon on the right side of your branch office where you want to create the Permanent Staff structure, the following screen will open.

Permanent Staffs are created on the basis of position type and depending on the planning, this number should be entered depending on how many employees from this position type should be in the relevant department from January to December. At the same time, the average salary of the relevant position type can be entered in order to be able to report in terms of cost.

After these fields are filled, an annual report can be prepared for the workforce need from the Permanent Staff Vacancies/Excess section.

Permanent Staff Vacancies/Excess

Based on the data entered in the Permanent Staff field, the number of people working in the relevant position type is found in the system and the Required/Existing/Difference is calculated.

Tip: A value seen as – here constitutes data for recruitment by the Human Resources Unit.

Requesting Personnel

Managers can make personnel requests for their departments via HR > Recruitment > Personnel Requests.

The request process can be started by filling the form seen in the screenshot above by the manager. Standard processes can be used here, as well as you can design a process specifically for your company.

If the personnel request is approved, the Recruitment Process is initiated by the Human Resources Unit.
