Production Results

While finalizing the production, the actual consumable and waste material of the product, which is formed automatically from the production order, is updated. You can automatically generate output receipt, consumables receipt and Inter-warehouse Transfer Delivery Note from the production result.

Route: ERP > Production > Production Planning > Production Results

You can add a production result from the "Production Results" section of the created production order detail.

When the Production Results page is opened, Order No, Result No, Lot No, Work Center, Warehouse, other sections will appear automatically.

Consumables Warehouse indicates the warehouse where consumption will take place. Production Warehouse is the warehouse where the inventory will enter when the related semi-finished product is out of production. When you save by selecting the shipping warehouse, the product is transferred to the production warehouse after the Quality Control approval after production.

At the bottom of the page;

1-You can view the semi-finished product and quantity information in the Production Result field. Other products may also be sold as a result of the production order. You can enter them by clicking the “+” icon in the production result section.

2- If the result is related to the order, you can view the details and make transaction in the Order Details field.

3-You can enter Material Losses if it is formed from the Material Losses area.

After saving the production result, you can perform the following operations on the screen;

1-Production Order: This link takes you to the detail of the relevant production order.

2-Offsetting Receipt: You can view the accounting transactions resulting from this production from this area.

3-Related Physical Assets: If the production is associated with a physical asset, you can select it here.

4-Pauses: You can define pauses in production from this area. For example, you can define a 1-hour lunch break from the pauses field.

5-Add Time Spending: You can enter time spending on this production and see who spends how much time on which job from the added time spendings.

If the production warehouse is selected while recording the production result, the create inventory receipt button will appear.

• Output Receipt in Production
• Consumables Receipt
• Inter-warehouse Delivery Note Warehouse Receipt
• Material Loss Receipt can be issued.

WARNING: If it is not desired to create inventory receipts without performing Quality Control, "Look for Quality Control Information When Creating Inventory Receipt" should be selected as yes in XML settings. You can review the Production Planning Page Settings Document.
