Revenue and Expense Estimations


Revenue-Expense Estimations are an integral part of your business plan. These insights are guides that should be at hand not only in the process of seeking financing, but at all times when doing business.

Revenue-Expense Estimations are prepared for a certain period in Workcube. They can be associated with projects defined within the company and can be evaluated in more than one scenario type. While preparing these predictions, attention is paid to high feasibility.


Revenue and Expense Estimations Recording:

In the Revenue-Expense Estimations recording screen, the transaction type, period, date, project, currency and scenario type are selected separately for each line. Again, the related explanation is entered on a row basis and the recording is performed by determining the number of repetitions.


Revenue and Expense Estimations Listing: 

"Repetition Type" on the listing screen provides listing according to the selected period on the registration screen, and "Expense Type" filters according to the selected transaction type.

Recorded row-based Revenue-Expense Estimations are each listed on separate rows.


Note: Click on the pencil icon to go to the Revenue-Expense Estimations detail.

With the help of the file export button on the listing screen, the listing can be exported as Google spreadsheet, Excel, Word and PDF. You can also send this transaction list as an e-mail and print it out.


Cash Flow

In the Cash Flow table, you can track the cash flow in and out of a business. 
In this table, you can see the cash inflow/output, sources and places of use of the enterprise in the relevant period according to the time of use. Thus, you can see the financing needs according to certain periods and where interventions are required.

Note: Revenue-Expense Estimations can be followed on the "Revenues on Scenario" column on the Cash Flow Statement.
