Sales Management XML Settings


With the Sales Management module, you can centrally manage all your sales activities from opportunity registration to shipment from end to end.



XML Settings determines page-specific operating rules.

While on the sales screens, you can access the XML Settings by following the Dashboard > System > Page Settings.



Sales Proposals Listing XML Settings

1 - Get the Sales Person Selected

If Yes is selected, the user's name is automatically selected in the seller selection. In this way, the employee does not need to select from the sales employee field each time he enters the page to see his own records.

2 - Listing by Micro Region Code

The micro region code option allows users to see only the subscriptions in the micro region code for which they are authorized in sales and distribution organizations that manage sales teams with micro region code. Selecting "Yes" activates this control.

3 - Revision Information

When it is selected, “Revision No” column appears on the listing screen.

4 - Total without VAT

If you want to see the total price without VAT, select the "Show" option.

5 - VAT Free Foreign Currency Total

If you want to see the VAT-free foreign currency total price, select the "Display" option.

6 - Show Probability Area

When Yes is selected, the "Probability" column appears on the listing screen.

7 - Separate Filter Areas?

If yes, the No field is displayed. If No is selected, the no field does not appear and the filter field searches according to the number.

8 - Get Inventory Code?

If Yes is selected, the inventory code column appears. This works when XML is listed by row.

9 - Should Affiliate Filter Work on a Company-based basis?

The account selected in the sales partner can be a single contact, but there can be more than one contact person connected to the account. If the sales partner follow-up is done through these contact persons, the choice should be yes. It helps when listing companies with multiple affiliates.



Add/Update Sales Proposals XML Settings

1 - Calculate the Deadline!

If it is selected, when the production order is given, the most appropriate start and end dates are reflected in the production orders by calculating how long the given production quantities will be produced by looking at the occupancy and vacancy rates of the selected work centers for the main product and the products produced below it. If you choose this option, you will not have to enter the start and end date on the production order add page. Even if the date is entered, since this option is selected, the system replaces it with the most appropriate date.

2 - Enter Analysis from Offer

If yes, the analysis area is opened in the proposal detail, the relevant analysis selection can be made and the transactions can be continued.

3 - Receive Current Information from the Project while Adding the Proposal

The current account comes from the detail of the project selected in the document.

4 - Get Dealer Information

The user in the system comes to the dealer field by default.

5 - Listing by Micro Region Code

The Micro Region Code option allows users to see only the subscriptions in the micro region code for which they are authorized in sales and distribution organizations that manage sales teams with micro region code. Selecting "Yes" activates this control.

6 - Revision Information

When it is selected, “Revision No” column appears on the listing screen. The revision number will increase each time the proposal is updated.

7 - Show Rivals

If Yes is selected, the opponents are shown.

8 - Should the Cost/Income Center Budget Item Relation Be Used?

When selected as Yes, items related to the selected income center in the line are displayed.

9 - Let Expense Centers Come According to Authorized Branch Offices and Departments

When Yes is selected, only the expense centers of the authorized branch offices and departments are displayed.



Sales Order Listing XML Settings

1 - Delivery Date

According to the selection, it is determined that the delivery date comes from the detail (document) or line.

2 - Listing by Micro Region Code

The Micro Region Code option allows users to see only the subscriptions in the micro region code for which they are authorized in sales and distribution organizations that manage sales teams with micro region code. Selecting "Yes" activates this control.

3 - Show Specs in Row Based Listing

Spec column appears when "Listing by Row" option is selected in filtering.

4 - Batch Print

When Yes is selected, a new print icon appears in the area with the checkmarks and enables batch printing.

5 - List Order Records by Row?

If Yes is selected, when order records are listed without any selection, they will be listed on a row basis. For document-based listing, document-based listing is selected from the filtering section.

6 - Get the Sales Person Selected

If Yes is selected, the user's name is automatically selected in the seller selection. In this way, the employee does not need to select from the sales employee field each time he enters the page to see his own records.



Add/Update Sales Orders XML Settings

1 - Automatically Generate Spec for Produced Products

If yes, there is no need to select a spec for the product produced. The system automatically assigns a spec number when the order is registered.

2 - Calculate the Deadline!

If it is selected, when the production order is given, the most appropriate start and end dates are reflected in the production orders by calculating how long the given production quantities will be produced by looking at the occupancy and vacancy rates of the selected work centers for the main product and the products produced below it. 3 - Do Not Show Buttons in Related Processes/Stages

Relevant stage ids are entered, more than one id can be entered, expressions should be separated by commas. Must be numeric values.

4 - Project Connection Balance Control Shouldn't Work in Related Processes/Stages

Relevant stage ids are entered, more than one id can be entered, expressions should be separated by commas. Must be numeric values.

5 - All Warehouses Can Be Selected

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.

6 - Don't Open Product Popup Without Selecting Warehouse

If Yes is selected, the system will not allow you to add products to the basket without selecting a warehouse.

7 - Listing by Micro Region Code

8 - Check Inventory According to the Reserve Inventory Option

Yeah; If Reserve Inventory is selected, it will inventory stock, otherwise it will not, No; It continues its normal operation.

9 - Reflect the Delivery Date to the Product Lines

The sound date selected in the document is reflected in the product line delivery date.

10 - Project Project in Document is Reflected on Lines

If yes, the project in the document will be reflected on the lines where the project information is not selected in the line.

11 - Display Branch Office Information

If Yes is selected, branch office information is displayed. It receives the incoming branch office information from the branch office the user is in.

12 - Get the Employee's address to the Delivery Place

If Yes is selected, the address of the employee affiliated with the company is brought to the delivery address. It provides employee-based delivery in companies.

13 - Does the entered value include VAT?

If Yes is selected, it will be tracked over the price.

14 - Calculate Due Date Based on Delivery Date

If Yes is selected, the due date calculation is calculated based on the delivery date. If no, the calculation is made on the order date.

15 - Should there be an Overseas Option for VAT Reset Transaction?

If Yes is selected, the overseas box will be displayed and when checked, the VAT rate will be reset in the basket and in the order detail.



Installment Sales Listing XML Settings



The XML settings on the Installment Sales screen are taken from the Order List XML settings. In other words, the change you have made in the order list XML settings will also affect this screen.



Adding/Updating Installment Sales XML Settings

1 - All Warehouses Can Be Selected

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.

2 - Don't Open Product Popup without Selecting Warehouse

If Yes is selected, the system will not allow you to add products to the basket without selecting a warehouse.

3 - If there is a product in the basket, the payment method cannot be changed

If Yes is selected, the payment method cannot be changed while there is a product in the basket.

4 - Make the Project Mandatory

If Yes is selected, project selection becomes mandatory.

5 - Order Date Cannot Be Changed

If Yes is selected, the order date cannot be changed.

6 - Get Micro Region Code

If Yes is selected, the micro-region code popup appears. It is recommended to choose companies that follow up on the basis of micro-region code.

7 - Reflect the Delivery Date to the Product Lines

The delivery date selected in the document is reflected in the product line delivery date

8 - Project Project Lines in Document

If yes, the project in the document will be reflected on the lines where the project information is not selected in the line.

9 - Perform Automatic Promissory Note Calculation

The payment information entered on the installment sales screen must be equal to the total of the VAT. If yes is selected; Enter the amount in the promissory note field. Afterwards, when the amount is entered in the cash or credit card field, the promissory notes are automatically deleted.

10 - Check the Identity Number

If Yes is selected, incorrect ID No entry is prevented.

11 - Display Branch Office Information

If Yes is selected, branch office information is displayed. It receives the incoming branch office information from the branch the user is in.

12 - Check and Promissory Note Debtor Information Come From Current Account

If Yes is selected, the check/promissory note debtor information will automatically come from the current when current is selected.

13 - Member Category

If Come is selected, the member category field appears. If member registration is to be made in an installment sales order, it should be selected.

14 - Make Profession Type Mandatory

If yes, the choice of profession type will be mandatory.
