Returns

On the Returns screen, you can view the products that have been taken from the stocks but later returned. On this screen; You can view the return information according to the "Subscription" or "Project" information made in the filtering fields. These returns can be either a fixed asset return or a product return.

For the returned fixed asset or product;

1-You can edit Sales Return Delivery Note by checking the box on the line of the fixed asset/product you want. For this, after selecting the fixed asset/product, click on the "Edit Sales Return Delivery Note" button. The “Add Purchase Delivery Note” screen will appear. After filling in the relevant fields, click the “Save” button. For detailed information, you can review the Receipts document.

2-You can edit a consignment return delivery note by ticking the box on the line of the fixed asset/product you want. For this, after selecting the fixed asset/product, click the "Edit Consignment Return Delivery Note" button. The “Add Purchase Delivery Note" screen will appear. After filling in the relevant fields, click the “Save” button.

1 - Include Consignment Invoices in Refundable Sales?

If yes, the invoiced value of the consignment is added to the result in the sales refundable account.

2 - List Transactions Without Project?

When Yes is selected, the "Non-Project Transactions" box appears on the Returns page.
