Attendance and Control Definitions


The attendance and Control module allows the employees to enter, exit the work, get leave and define leave types in the permission category that records the time in detail for the relevant days and reflects them on the relevant screens of the employee.



Definition of Permission and Excuse Categories

In order to create an attendance and control check, the first thing to do is to create Permission and Excuse definitions according to the categories in the Dashboard > System > Parameters > Permission and Excuse Categories screen. You can create it by clicking the + icon on the screen that appears.


Definition of Overtime Types

To create the overtime types, you can create them by clicking the + icon on the Dashboard > System > Parameters > Work Types screen.


Legal Description, Code, Detail, and Color Codes are defined in the overtime type field.

  1. Legal Description: The name of the type of overtime to be defined should be written.
  2. Code: You can define the initials of the legal descriptions or by giving different expressions.
  3. Detail: If there is additional detail, it should be written, if not, the legal description name should be written.
  4. Color Code: You can choose the color you want the code to appear in on the Login-Logouts screen.


Login-Logouts

To create Logins and Logouts, you can create by clicking on the day of the employee on the Attendance and Control screen, by clicking the + icon on the page. After choosing from the fields in the Permission and Excuse categories, you must select and save the time range.

For Example; After recording the Night Shift, it appears on the relevant screen as "NS".



Summary information is given in the fields under data submission. It refers to the monthly collective display of the working hours of all employees in the branch office as a result of the person-based definitions. When we say Record Leave and Overtime, it is automatically reflected on the relevant screens.


Import EATS

The file should be uploaded by selecting the branch office and document type to be imported by clicking the import icon on the Logins and Logouts screen. The imported file is reflected on the login and logout screen, and when we say save, it saves the records to the relevant pages.
