Customer-Supplier Parametric Definitions


The customer is the consumer of the product or service. The producers of raw materials and products that companies or individuals will use in order to sell their products and services are called suppliers. You can check your registered business network from the Customer-Supplier module.


Before the Customer-Supplier module can be used, all relevant parameters must be defined in accordance with the operation of the companies. The parameters are located under Customer-Supplier in Dashboard > System > Parameters


Account Categories

Account Categories are selected from the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Account Categories page. The category of the member is determined.

You can manage more than one company on the system, so you can see the same members in all your companies or in a single company and make transactions. If you want to see the same member in your other companies, you can choose from the related company field.


Main Sector Categories

Defined Main Sector Categories are selected when adding an Account. Sub-industries connected to the upper industries can be defined.


Sub-sector categories

Records made in sub-sectors may or may not be linked to the upper sector. If the upper/lower sector distinction is not used, only the lower sectors are displayed in the members.


Departments

With this parameter, you can determine in which departments the accounts' contact persons, ie employees, are registered.


Company Types

Company Types help in detailing the account and are selected when registering the account.


Income Levels

Here you can define the income level of the contact. The definitions made here are selected when registering the contact and help in the classification of the contact.


Task (Duty Types)

Thanks to this parameter, you can determine which task/position the account is in when registering the contact persons, that is, the employees.


Card Change Types

The definitions made here are selected from the “Reason of Issue” field when adding in the Loyalty Card-Wallet field in the Account detail.


Profession Type

The definitions made in this field are selected when adding Contact. Deferred Payment Limit is a field where a definition is entered in order to reduce the maturity when Profession Type is selected on the installment sales screen.


Customer Value

Customer value is the main reason the customer continues to do business with any business because of the value offered to them. The definitions made here are selected when adding an Account.


Company Staff Status

The definitions made in this parameter are selected from the "Status" field in order to indicate the status of the employee on the Account Contacts detail page.


Number of Company Staff

In order to determine the size and volume of the company, the number of employees in the company is defined at certain scales.


Members Special Definitions

Member special definition is a special parameter that you can create depending on your business and choose when registering a member. E.g; If you want to filter your customers by the number of orders they place, you can add definitions as follows;


Competencies

Contact's competence levels are determined by this parameter. E.g; By registering Independent Consultants in Contacts, you can enter their competencies according to their respective branch offices.


Account Relationship Start Types

The definitions entered here are selected in the "Relationship Type" field when adding an Account. It is defined how the relationship with the account started. E.g; If a relationship has been established through advertising, "Advertisement" is selected in the relationship type field.


Hobbies

The definitions made here are selected from the HR > Planning > Employee Information > Hobbies field in the links at the top right of the Contact detail page.


Reasons for Blacklisting

With the help of this parameter, the reasons for blacklisting are defined. These definitions are selected in the Agreements/Conditions section of the Risk and Working Conditions Details page in the Account and Contact details.


Regional Planning

Sales regions are defined in this area. It is the market segment in which the salesperson is responsible for making sales. "Access Control by Sales Regions" in Company Flow Parameters is affected by this parameter.
