Literature


The Literature in the Intranet can be defined as the internal private network or private web that provides communication. Literature allows you to reveal company culture and values, and to communicate priorities and company policies to your employees, partners, and customers quickly and effectively.

Literature allows your company to easily share your way of working and open it up for improvement.

When you reach the Literature page from the Workcube Intranet, there are some parts as indicated in the image below:
  1. The first numbered part is the Category and Sections field. For a detailed explanation, you can examine the title of the same name in the "Category and Sections" article in this content.
  2. In the second section is the search area. Various searches can be done with keywords.
  3. Detailed filtering can be done with the More button indicated by the number 3. You can examine this part in detail under the heading Listing in the content.
  4. You can add new content with the "+" icon indicated by the number 4.

Adding New Content

New content can be added by clicking the plus icon in the upper right corner of the Literature screen.

A record is created by entering Content and Publication Information on the Add New Content screen that opens. You can get more information about Content in the "Content Management" section.


Content Listing

You can list and search with various filters to access the contents on the Literature main screen.

  1. Type: Information about the type of content is included in this section. It can be varied from the parameters screen.
  2. Section: The information in which section the content is in the Literature is located in this field. It can be varied from the parameters screen.
  3. Category: It gives the category information to which the content belongs. It can be varied from the parameters screen.
  4. Priority: The priority of listing the content is indicated by numbers 1-10 in this field.
  5. Saved by: The employee information who recorded the content is located here.
  6. Updated By: Employee information who last updated the content is located here.
  7. Record Date: Indicates the date the content was recorded in the Literature.
  8. Status: The status of the content in the Literature can be selected as Active, Inactive, or All and searched.
  9. Language: Specifies the language in which the content is written.
  10. Update Date: Indicates the date the content was last updated.
  11. Place of Publication: It gives information about where the content will be published in Workcube.



Viewing and Editing Content

You can access the content you want by clicking on the content name you want from the list you obtain by filtering in the literature. The content detail will look like the screen below.
Editing and exporting can be done in the upper right part of the content.
  1. Update: You can edit the content using the pencil icon.
  2. Print: With the Print icon, you can print the content by a printer defined on your computer.
  3. Send Email: With this icon, you can send the content as an e-mail.
  4. Create PDF: You can use this icon to use the content as a PDF.
  5. Videos: If there are videos related to the content, you can access them from this area.
  6. Related Topics: You can find the content that will support a better understanding of the subject related to the content here.

Literature Category and Sections

You can see the category titles written in bold red font on the left side of the literature main screen. The sections below show the sections to which the contents of that category belong. You can classify various contents in the literature by dividing them into categories and sections, and you can have a more systematic platform.


When we click on the Categories and Sections on the left of the literature screen, the contents of that section are listed. When you click on any content in the incoming listing, you can access the content details. You can perform operations such as exporting and updating the content from the content detail.
