Performance Management Parametric Definitions


With the parametric definitions, you can make for the Performance Management page, you can create an effective evaluation system and keep your employee productivity under control by creating performance evaluation, target categories and performance categories.


Before starting to use the Performance Management module, it can be accessed under the Dashboard > System > Parameters Performance heading to make parametric definitions.


Assessment Weights

You can set a target for your employee with Assessment Weights, create "Individual Target Weight" and "Company Performance Result Weight" in line with the target you have given, compare the two assessment weight outputs, and make inferences on your employee's performance.


Target Categories

According to the definitions made on the Target Categories screen, you can divide the entered targets into categories based on Authority and Position.


Performance Categories

You can classify the performances that you will evaluate on the Performance Categories screen.
