What is e-Archive?


The application that enables businesses to send invoices electronically to other businesses and end users that are not included in the e-Invoice system is called e-Archive.



For taxpayers registered with the e-Invoice application implemented with the Government, those included in the e-Archive application, those who do not have an e-Archive Invoice had to issue an e-Invoice.

By expanding the sectors and taxpayer groups that will be included in the e-Archive Invoice application with the Government, the procedures and principles regarding the electronic creation of the e-Archive Invoice, its transmission in paper or electronic media according to the buyer's request, its preservation and submission in the electronic environment have been rearranged.

Within the scope of the General Law; Taxpayers, who are allowed to be included in the e-Archive Invoice application by the Presidency, will receive the invoice as e-Invoice for the sales of goods and services they have made to the taxpayers registered with the e-Invoice application, and for the sales of goods and services they have made to taxpayers and non-taxpayers who are not registered with the e-Invoice application. is required to issue the invoice as an e-Archive Invoice.


What are the e-Archive Utilization Methods?

Portal

By logging into the e-Archive Invoice portal, taxpayers can send and receive e-Archive Invoices. With this method, you can create your invoices manually on the Government portal or create them in your own information processing system in the format determined by the presidency and upload them to your portal account.

Integration

The Integration Method of the Information Processing System has been developed for the use of taxpayers who can provide 24/7 uninterrupted connection by integrating their own information processing system into the government's system. Users with sufficient information processing systems can use the e-Archive Application through information processing systems.

Custom Integration

It is the method of benefiting from the e-Archive Application through the information processing system of taxpayers who have received custom integration permission from the Government.

The e-Archive application in W3 is progressing with Custom Integration, and you can create, send and receive your paper invoices electronically.


What are the Advantages of e-Archive?

  • The costs of preparing, sending, and archiving paper invoices are greatly reduced with the e-Archive application. Of course, if the invoice is not requested by the customer again in paper form.
  • An average of 5 days is required for the preparation, printing, delivery, and archiving of a paper invoice. Most of this time is spent on shipping. One of the advantages of e-Archive is that it keeps this time limited to only a few minutes at the most. In other words, a total of 1 minute is not spent to write the necessary information and deliver the invoice to the customer. Invoices are sent to the customer as soon as they are created.
  • Costs such as invoice sending, shipping costs, space for archiving, training additional personnel, and spending time for reporting are eliminated with e-Archive.
  • Since invoice transmission and approval will be carried out very quickly, the costs of invoices are included in the company's cash flow more quickly with e-Archive.
  • There is no security weakness during the transmission of the invoices, and the case of loss of invoices in the cargo is eliminated.
  • Worries about keeping invoices disappear as they will be archived electronically.
  • In order to prepare 10 thousand paper invoices in total, 10 adult pine trees are prevented from being cut.
