Material Requirements

The quantities of other materials in the product content required to produce 1 unit of product are previously defined in the bill of materials. How many units of a product are desired to be produced, the amount of other products in the content of that product is automatically calculated by the system.

As a result of this calculation, a material requirement plan emerges, taking into account the quantities in inventory. Quantities required as a result of this plan are taken into inventory with transactions such as delivery notes, warehouse receipts, or purchase requests.

If we have enough of the other products in the BOM to produce the product, we can now send the product to production.

You can also get the material requirements in batch, that is, you can make this calculation according to the responsible, supplier, product, product category, purchase price list, listing, and warehouse on the basis of production requests and orders in the date range you want.

As a result of this calculation, it will show you data based on product, requirement, actual inventory, active inventory, minimum inventory price, reserved from purchase orders, expected production orders, remaining, unit, total price, and currency.
