e-Invoice

e-Invoice is an electronic document, the data format and standard of which are determined by the government, the information that should be included in an invoice, and the communication between the seller and the buyer is carried out through the government center.

What is e-Invoice?

According to the law, the e-Invoice document is not a new type of document, and has the same qualifications as the "invoice" document in paper media. It is obligatory for taxpayers registered in the e-Invoice application to send and receive invoices for the goods they sell to each other and the services they perform, as e-Invoices.

What are the e-Invoice Benefit Methods?

Portal

By logging into the e-Invoice portal, taxpayers can send and receive e-Invoices. With this method, you can create your invoices manually on the government portal or create them in your own data processing system in the format determined by the government and upload them to your portal account.

Integration

The Information Processing System Integration Method has been developed for the use of taxpayers who can provide 24/7 uninterrupted connection by integrating their own information processing system into the government system. With the integration to be created in this way, e-Invoices in the systems of the taxpayers are automatically transmitted to the government and the invoices to be sent to the taxpayer are automatically transferred to the taxpayer system by the administration.

Custom Integration

Taxpayers with different invoicing needs or who issue a large number of invoices are provided with the opportunity to receive and send electronic invoices through the IT system of a technically qualified private integrator. The e-Invoices created by the system used by the taxpayer are forwarded to the custom integration company, and the custom integrating company transfers these invoices to the Revenue Administration. With a similar setup for incoming e-Invoices, invoices sent to the custom integration firm by the revenue administration are delivered to the taxpayer system by the custom integration firm.

The e-Invoice application in W3 is with Custom Integration, and you can create, send and receive your paper invoices electronically.

What are the Advantages of e-Invoice?

  1. e-Invoice, which is used instead of a printed invoice, both enables the company to reduce its costs and protects nature.
  2. It takes an average of 5 days to prepare a paper invoice, print, control, register, send, transport, and archive it. So while increasing the workload, it also takes time. On the other hand, an e-Invoice can be prepared and delivered to the buyer in less than a minute.
  3. While an average of 1 tree is cut for 50,000 paper invoices, this loss is eliminated with e-Invoice.
  4. Accessing invoices with a single click when needed provides practicality for users. In the use of paper invoices, time is wasted in the physical archive to reach the invoice.
