Bank Instructions


Incoming and outgoing bank instructions can be given to current accounts on the Workcube Bank Instructions page.


Route: ERP > Finance Accounting > Bank > Bank Instructions


Warning: Before using, process and parameter definitions should be made.


Bank Instructions Listing

On the bank instructions screen, the listing can be made with various filter options.

The filtering options here are as follows;

  1. Money Transfer Status: Bank instructions can be listed according to the Money Transfer Status "created" or "not created" selection.
  2. Sorting: Sorting can be done by date or by the current account.
  3. Transfer Date: Selection can be made according to the transfer date.
  4. Current Account: Selection can be made based on the current account.
  5. File: Selection can be made according to the file creation status.
  6. Transaction Date and Payment Date: By entering the transaction date and payment dates separately, the listing can be made in the selected date ranges.
  7. Bank Account: Bank account-based searches can be made.
  8. Project: All bank instructions linked to a project can be listed.
  9. Incoming/Outgoing: Bank instructions can be listed as incoming or outgoing.

Tips: If it is desired to make changes in the filtering options, page settings can be made via Dashboard > System > Page Settings.


Various transactions can be made after the bank instructions are listed.

  1. By clicking the "-" button, outgoing instruction can be executed. By clicking the pencil button in the list, the bank order on the same line can be updated.
  2. By clicking the "+" button at the top, the incoming instruction can be done. Depending on whether the bank order in the list is incoming or outgoing, incoming or outgoing transfers can be made with the "+" buttons on the line.   3. A batch order file can be created by selecting bank instructions in the line.
  4. Bank instructions in the row can be printed by selecting the selection boxes.
  5. By selecting the money transfer status as "Not Created", the bulk transfer can be made for incoming or outgoing bank instructions.


Adding and Updating Bank Instructions

Incoming and outgoing bank instructions are made with the "+" and "-" buttons in the basket area.

  1. Transaction Type: Bank instructions transaction type can be selected as incoming or outgoing. The settings for this process can be made from the Dashboard > BPM > Transaction Categories page.
  2. Bank/Account: The bank or account of the bank instruction is selected.
  3. Credit Limit: Credit limit selection is made.
  4. Current Account: The current account where the transaction will be made is selected.
  5. Project: If there is a project associated with bank instructions, this is indicated.
  6. Physical Asset: If there is a physical asset associated with bank instructions, this is indicated.
  7. Amount/Amount in Foreign Currency: The instruction amount is entered. According to the transaction currency selection on the right, the amount of foreign currency is automatically displayed.
  8. Payment Date/Transaction Date: The payment date and transaction dates of the instruction can be selected.
  9. Explanation: Explanation about the instruction can be added if desired.

On the bank instructions update screen, different from the adding screen, the associated document, notes, and offsetting receipt can be displayed. If the outgoing bank order is to be processed, the current account's bank accounts can also be selected on the update screen.
