Human Resources Recruitment and Selection


There are processes to be followed regarding Workcube Human Resources Recruitment and Selection.



Creating Job Posting

The personnel request entered by the manager is converted into a job posting on the HR > Planning > Role Planning > Personnel Requests screen.

Shown in the screenshot below;

  1. Create Job Posting: It directs us to the page where we will create HR Job Postings.


Tip: The data from the personnel request will be automatically defined on the posting creation page. You can write the qualifications required for the position in the explanation field.


If there is a visual job posting design that you have prepared for your job posting, you must upload it to the Visual Job Posting field.

The criteria you have chosen in the job posting and the explanation field will be displayed in the publishing areas you have selected. If there is a Career Portal that you have prepared on Workcube, the relevant job posting will be published in this area if you choose the Internet.


HR Applications and Selection Lists


You can filter the desired job posting from the Recruitment > HR Applications field to list and review the applications made.


You can create a Selection list for your post via HR > Recruitment > Selection Lists.


The following screenshot shows the application details. You can take the following actions if you have the necessary authorities in Authority Groups > HR:

  1. You can create the selection list through the application. 
  2. You can add it to your selection list.




Candidates who applied for the post and will be interviewed are associated with the selection list created. In this selection list, you can categorize Shortlist and Longlist candidates. (The categorization is parametric. Any number of categories can be created)

By choosing from previously created templates, you can send information such as interview invitations, and positive/negative feedback to the candidate through the system.

  1. Add Event
  2. Add Note
  3. Add E-Mail
  4. All Correspondences and Evaluations
  5. Print
  6. Delete
  7. Selection Box
  8. Recruit



Interview Evaluation Forms

Forms created in Recruitment type via System > General Settings > Form Generator will be displayed in this area. The desired form can be selected and filled for the candidate.
