Mixed Parcel


A package created by combining more than one product in various quantities is called a mixed parcel. The mixed parcel moves like a single product. It can be used for promotional purposes as well as helping to provide simplified management in buying, selling, warehousing, and logistics operations. Christmas box, banding, the product given with the gift product can be given as an example of a mixed parcel.

How to create a Mixed Parcel?

To make a mixed parcel of a product, a mixed parcel is created when adding a product or without the mixed parcel checkbox marked in the product detail. After creating the Mixed Parcel, the check box will be ticked.


  1. In order to create additional mixed boxes, click on the "Create New Product and Mixed Package" icon to go to the registration screen.
  2. Mixed parcel, from the mixed parcel section on the right side of the products page, click the plus icon to go to the registration screen.


Mixed Parcel Created in Three Ways

1. On the Mixed Parcel Registration Screen

In this mixed parcel example, a mixed parcel is created from scratch with empty new products.

  1. Reference Price: Select the price list from which price list you want the products to be added to the mixed parcel.
  2. Create master box from stock types: When we click on Create master parcel from stock types, all variations in the product stock are listed automatically. Mixed parcel was created by adding different products from the plus icon to this mixed parcel example.
  3. List of products: Products come in red if the total cost of the products is greater than or equal to zero of the total selling price. Products come in green if their total cost is less than the total selling price. In the Mixed Parcel tab, the sales price of the products added to the line consists of the VAT-free sales price of the products.
  4. Unit-Package Information: In this section, the main unit of the parcel, the width, height and height of the package are determined. Package type information of the parcel (Large parcel, Envelope, Bag) is determined. Information such as how many products are in the parcel is entered in this field.
  5. Price and cost: In the price category, the price list of the parcel to be sold is selected. Standard buying and selling prices can be given to the Mixed Parcel, as well as different price lists can be given. The start and end dates of the sale price of the parcel are entered.
  6. Prices: In this section, the price list created for the parcel is displayed.

Suggestion: In a mixed parcel, each added product can be created with different quantities.

Warning: The costs of the added products are multiplied by their quantities and all products are added together to find the total cost of the mixed parcel. When the products are sold separately, the total selling price and the total cost are seen at the same time and the product responsible gives a single price for the mixed parcel.


2. On the New Product and Mixed Parcel Registration screen

On the new product and mixed parcel page, a mixed parcel is created by selecting the variation feature of the stock, unlike the mixed parcel.

Depending on the product's features such as size and color, parcel options are created.

Example: A parcel is created by specifying the package type with all the sizes of the product whose feature is red in the product's stocks.

  1. Feature: Select which feature of the product in stock is desired to create a mixed parcel.
  2. Variation: The variation type is selected with which variation type the mixed parcel with the selected feature will be created.
  3. Product-Package Description: In this section, Product name-Variation-Box quantity comes automatically from the plus icon.
  4. Barcode: In the barcode section, a barcode is created for the parcel. It creates automatically from the system.

Warning: A mixed parcel list must be created in order for the values to be displayed automatically in the product-parcel description and barcode section. Otherwise, a warning message will be received.


3. Creating a Mixed Parcel with the Stock of the Product


In this mixed parcel example, a master mixed parcel is created with variations of the product stock.

When you click on the "Create a master mixed parcel from stock types" button, the products in the stock of the product are listed.

Warning: When creating a mixed parcel, price information and the start date of the price must be entered in the specified list, from which price list the products are requested to be included in the list. New prices and start date are determined from the price lists by clicking the plus icon in the sales prices section on the "Price Detail" page, which is located on the top menu of the products page.


Mixed Parcel Stock Movement

For each product sold or purchased from the mixed parcel, stock transactions are made for all components of the mixed parcel.

Warning: If the "Let the Products in the Mixed Parcel Move" checkbox is checked; Each of the products in the parcel falls on the basket lines. If it is not marked, it will fall into the basket as a single line.

The stock movement of the products is provided from the purchase-sales invoice and/or delivery notes. However, in order to ensure and track this transaction, the "Make Stock Movement" checkbox must be ticked in the transaction categories of the relevant invoices and delivery notes. Stock quantities of mixed parcels: Increases or decreases as the Amount of Each Product in the Box * Number of Boxes.
