KM Control Management


KM (Mileage) records of motor vehicles within the company and vehicle allocation records are made from this module.



With KM Control, you can easily check the KM of Company vehicles, easily find out which employee has made how many kilometers, and easily find out who the Company vehicles are allocated to.

Note: Before using the KM Control Module, all parametric definitions to be used within the company related to KM Control must be made under the Physical Assets title in the Dashboard > System > Parameters tab.


KM Control

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > KM Records


Companies use this module to check the KM of company vehicles.

KM records are recorded periodically at the times determined by the companies. When registering the KM used outside of working hours, the "Out of Work Hours" box on the registration page is checked. When the KM registration page is opened for the first time, previously added records are listed at the bottom of the page, and a new registration page is opened at the top.


Recording KM

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > KM Records


It is the page where the KM information of the vehicles is recorded. As a result of the entered records, the KM information of the vehicles can be followed.

Check the "Out of Work Hours" box when registering KM for out-of-hours use.

After filling in the required fields, click the "Save" button.


KM Record Search

It is the page used to access the recorded KM information of the vehicles.

With the selection you make from this field, you can choose for filtering in KM Records, you can filter by making a distinction such as All, Out of Work Hours, or Within Working Hours.

After filtering, the records are at the bottom of the page as “Number”, “Out of Work Hours”, “ License Plate”, “Location”, “Responsible”, “Purpose of Use”, “Work Group”, “Starting Date”, “End Date”, “Previous KM” ”, “End KM”, “Difference”, “Explanation” fields.


Vehicle Allocation Registration

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Allocation Record


This is the page where the vehicles allocated to the employees are recorded. With the help of this page, vehicles can be allocated to employees.

You can allocate the vehicle belonging to your branch office to an employee in another branch office or to an employee in your own branch office. If it is allocated for a project, you can choose from the project popup and add people who will be involved in the project and will use the vehicle from the participant's area.

Tip: You can define the Allocation Type under Dashboard > System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Reason of Allocation.


Vehicle Allocation Search

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Allocation Transactions


Vehicle allocation records recorded in the system can be filtered and listed and their details can be accessed.

After searching, records matching the search criteria are listed at the bottom of the page. To search;

The License Plate field allows us to list the vehicle allocation records of the car with the license plate number we have chosen. To include the vehicle in filtering, you can select from the drop-down list by clicking the icon on the right side of the field.

You can search by Allocated Branch Office name. In order to include the allocated branch office name in the search, you must select the Branch Office Name from the drop-down list by clicking the icon on the right side of the field.

You can search by Allocated contact name. To include the Name of the Allocated in the search, you can select from the drop-down list by clicking the icon to the right of the field. With the selection you make from this field, you can filter the Vehicle Allocation Records by making a distinction such as All, Out of Work Hours, or Within Working Hours.

Start Date, you must write the allocation date of the vehicle. You can select this by clicking the icon to the right of the field. You should also make the necessary selections in the hour and minute fields next to the date field.

End Date, you must enter the end date of the allocation. You can select this by clicking the icon to the right of the field. You must also make the necessary selections in the hour and minute fields.

After filling in the fields that we want to be filtered, you must click on the "Search" button to search.
