Execution Proceedings


Execution Proceedings are where we keep records of the transactions that have been the subject of execution and thus ensure their follow-up. It can be quickly recorded in Workcube and used in integration with other functions.

Route: ERP > Finance Accounting > Risk & Assurance > Execution Proceedings

Your existing execution proceedings can be searched by entering the file number. A new execution record is opened by clicking the "+" sign next to the search button:


Here, Execution Proceedings is selected as the Transaction Type, and in the Current Account section, the company on whose behalf the relevant enforcement record is made is selected.
Beneficiary Company: In this field, the debtor company or contact is selected.
Receivable Amount, Court, File Number, and Transaction Date of the relevant execution proceedings are also entered in the mandatory fields. Other fields can be filled in, depending on preference.

Execution Proceedings Detail

After the registration of the execution proceedings, the payments made can be entered in the Collection section. When the "+" button is clicked, the income receipt issue screen is accessed. In the Expense section, the costs and expenses related to this execution proceeding can be recorded. When the "+" button is clicked, it will go to the expense receipt issue screen.


Outstanding Checks and Notes - Bounced Checks and Notes are also displayed on this screen.


You can view the offsetting receipt by clicking the icon in the upper-right corner:

Attention: Beneficiary Company and Accounting Code cannot be selected at the same time when registering for execution proceedings.
If it is certain that the debt will be paid, the indebted company is entered in the beneficiary company section.
According to the Tax Procedural Law, debts with or without notes that cannot be collected in due time and which cannot be collected in the future are in the status of "doubtful debts”. If there is no certainty that the overdue debt will be paid, this debt is considered "Doubtful debt” and the relevant accounting code is selected; the beneficiary company cannot be selected.
When the accounting code is selected, no current account transfer is made.
