Subscription Parametric Definitions

The subscription system offers all the components you need to effectively manage all processes from subscription agreements, subscriber information, invoicing of your subscription-based services and products, to shipment to support services.

Before the subscription module can be used, all parametric definitions to be used within the company related to the Subscription in Dashboard > System > Parameters > SUBO must be made.

Defining Subscription Categories

Companies may want to follow their subscribers by dividing them into different categories. For example, an electricity distribution company can divide its subscribers into different categories such as account (Firm) subscribers, contact (Individual) subscribers, factories.

A certain product can be associated with the Subscriber Category. Companies may want to categorize their subscribers according to the product they are associated with. For example, if a Milk Processing Facility wants to categorize its subscribers as "Daily Milk Subscribers", it can add daily milk to the Product field.

Subscribers Cancel Categories

With this parameter, you can add and edit categories related to cancellation.

NOTE: Defined cancellation categories are selected when canceling subscriptions from Subscriber Details > Other > System Cancellation page in case of subscription cancellation.

Subscription Special Definition

With this parameter, you can add subscription special definitions in accordance with your business. These definitions are selected on the subscriber add and update pages.

Subscribers Reference Status

You can add subscriber reference status with this parameter. In this way, you filter the subscribers who come with references and those who come directly. These definitions are selected on the subscriber add and update pages.

Service Special Definition

With the Service Special Definition parameter, you can add a special definition for any subject in accordance with your operation. E.g; If you want to add a customer definition while registering the service, you can add a special definition from this field.

Member Relationship Types

You can define the relationship type with this parameter. These definitions are used in the "Subscriber Relationship" section of the Subscriber Details page when associating the subscriber with another subscriber.

Additional Info

Additional information can be defined from this parameter. The additional information field is used when there is a need for a field other than the definitions on the pages.

Additional information definitions are made on a page basis. By selecting the page to be used, the desired fields for this page are created. In these definitions, the name of the field, its necessity, what type it will be (Selectbox, text, etc.) are specified. Data entry into the defined additional information field can be done from the additional information button on the page or via the "Additional Info" icon in the page update.

TIP: In order for the additional information field to be available, on the Dashboard > System > General Settings > Company Flow Parameters page: “Bring the Additional Information Object?” box must be selected.

Counter Types

If you are going to do counter integration and counter-related subscription invoicing, you can categorize your counters. For example, an electricity distribution company may classify its counters as three-phase four-wire (three-element) counters, three-phase three-wire counters.
