Work Schedule and Shift Management

Many businesses set their working hours with a shift application. The shift management system is applied in Workcube to determine which employee will work in which shift in which time interval.

You can schedule shifts by going to the Attendance and Control > Shift Definitions page.
Breaks such as lunch break and tea break should be checked if the "Exclude the below hours from work hours" checkbox is desired.

To define a shift for the employee; Attendance and Control > Shifts

  • If the start of the entered shift is less than the current shift and the end of the entered shift is less than the end of the overlapping shift; The entered shift is added in the same way. The start date of the current shift is shifted to one day after the entered shift.
