The main page prepared in line with Jane's job description, platform manager's information and Jane's demands and needs included information such as product news, sales information, company news, messages received, appointment and activity traffic for that day, and Dollar and Euro exchange rates.

Jane, first of all, sent a quick message to Brad and Monica, who are employees of the marketing department, and called them both to discuss the new campaign. By the way, Brad and Monica checked the project page before they came to their room to see if they did the work they gave for the preliminary preparation of the campaign yesterday.

The campaign aimed to promote and sell their newly launched product X to existing customers. The campaign was decided as a special campaign for customers who placed an order of 1000 USD in the last month. According to the campaign, a special 20% discount will be given to customers who order two of the product X, 1 will be given as a gift to those who buy 4, and 10% discount will be applied to other customers. The definition of the campaign was made on the system by Jane during the meeting and all necessary information was entered. After Jane entered the information and had it approved by the vice general manager, she easily made the campaign decision to be announced on the portal to all sales and marketing department personnel and senior managers.

A list of customers included in the campaign would be created and a product promotion brochure would be sent to the list by direct mailing, and then an e-mail containing the campaign information would be sent to the list. The list of dealers that they can order by e-mail will also be attached. - At the end of the meeting, Jane, who distributed the tasks, conveyed to Brad and Monica the works that need to be done for the new campaign in writing before they even went to their rooms. When they both sat down at their desks, information about their new job was on their screen as a message and was automatically added to their agenda.

Before making an appointment for the meeting requested from her, Jane immediately checked her own agenda. Meanwhile, while she was talking, she also checked which of the company meeting rooms was empty on the appointment day and time, and made a reservation for one of the vacant meeting rooms.

Jane checked the results graphs of the e-mail campaign conducted for the top 100 customers for product Y. The scarcity of responses to e-mails showed that the campaign was not very successful. She invited the sales manager to chat to discuss this issue, and added the campaign result chart to the first message she wrote. She consulted the sales manager and reaffirmed the status of the campaign. The second party supporting the campaign decided to send direct mailing. First of all, Jane communicated this change to all sales and marketing department employees via instant message. She assigned Michael, who was the most fit, for this job by looking at the job charts of the marketing department employees.

At lunch, she saw an article in the newspaper about their rival company X. She wanted to share this with other employees, and as soon as she arrived at the office, she used the content manager to input this news and have it posted on the news page.

Brad, who did the budget work for the new campaign, passed it on to Jane for approval. Jane also reviewed the document, ensured that necessary changes were made and submitted the document to the approval of the Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing, again in the digital environment. As soon as the Assistant General Manager approved the budget, this information was sent to Jane by the system via automatic message.

Jane wanted to call to inquire about her employee Fatima, who was on maternity leave. First of all, she entered the company address bank and checked Fatima's phone and how many days off she had in the meantime. Until the end of the leave period, he divided the works and projects that were in Fatima's field between Brad and Monica. She spoke to Fatima on the phone and instructed her assistant to send Fatima a flower. The assistant learned Fatima's address again using the address bank and sent the flower.
