Organization Planning


In the Organization Planning module, you can create units suitable for your organizational structure and establish relationships between units. In addition, you can view the organizational chart according to the units and make changes in the organizational structure by drag and drop method on the charts.

Businesses using Workcube should create Organizational Planning as the first step after installation. Organizational Design, which is especially important for employee distributions, insurance entries and reporting; forms the basis of the system.


When viewed hierarchically, the definitions should be made in the following order;

Tip

When employees are included in the organization, you can automatically assign managers defined for the unit as their supervisors.

With the organization module, you can follow up or report according to the units you define.

Suggestion

By defining the Insurance information for your branch offices, you can specify the data required for the payroll at once.
