Project Management Parametric Definitions


With Workcube Project Management, you manage your time and resources, project income and expenses, and get real-time reports on progress payments, project labor cost, materials, and needs, etc.


Route: Dashboard > System > Parameters


Before the Project Management module can be used, all relevant parameters must be defined in accordance with the operation of the companies.


Task Categories

There is a "Task Categories" field that must be selected when opening a task record. You can define it from this parameter in accordance with the operation of your business. For example: If you are a quality control company, "Quality Control" must be defined in your task categories. This way you can select the category when opening a quality control task.


Priority Categories

The priority category is selected when opening a task and a project. These categories ensure that the process progresses as quickly as it should. You can visualize the categories by defining colors. For example; Urgent, Normal


Roles

When Task and Project are saved, teams are defined for related tasks and projects. While making choices in these teams, the roles that the relevant people will take in the tasks/projects are defined. These definitions come from the "Roles" parameter.
