Permanent Staff Vacancies/Excess


You can see the required and existing number of employees for the branch office by clicking on the branch office link on the Permanent Staff screen. In addition, on the Permanent Staff Vacancies / Excess screen, you can determine the required (planned) and existing (recruited) number of employees in your permanent staff for the desired breakdown (Company / Branch Office / Department) and period (Month / Year), and you can view the difference between the number of required employees and the number of existing employees. With this function, you can view the permanent staff vacancies and excess for the breakdown and period you want on a single screen, and you can decide on actions such as recruitment and rotation.


Route: Role Planning > Permanent Staff Vacancies/Excess

When you make a list, you will see the screen where you will see the difference between the required number of employees and the number of existing employees for the unit that is suitable for the filtering you have selected, and the difference between the required number of employees and the number of existing employees.




On this screen, you can see the number of existing and required employees, or you can make changes to the permanent staff plan of the department by clicking the department link on the screen listed.
