Production Estimated Cost


Estimated Costs represent the anticipated costs that are expected to occur. Some management decisions require estimating the level of costs that will occur. The normal cost method foreseen in the inventories standard provides a more realistic determination of the production cost in case it operates at a very low capacity.

"Registered Net Cost x Quantity Total" in the lowest breakdown for manufactured products

Production Additional Cost

Registered Additional Cost x Quantity

Work Centers Cost

Work Center cost x production time (hours) defined in the Work Center where the product is manufactured

Total Cost

Production Net Cost + Production Additional Cost + Work Center Cost

It is the sum of the recorded costs of the products in the BOMs. If there are no recorded costs, the purchase prices are included in the total.

It is the sum of the production cost of the manufactured products in the BOMs and the recorded costs of the non-produced products. If there are no recorded costs, the purchase prices are included in the total.

It is the sum of the production additional cost of the manufactured products in the BOMs and the registered additional costs of the non-produced products.

Total Unit Cost + Product Used Work Center Cost
