Customer-Supplier Management

The Customer/Member module functions are used to record the potential customers and suppliers that an institution wants to be in a relationship with, to know the interlocutors, to follow all the relations and communication with the customers and suppliers. Each member is associated with more than one group company and accounting, and the records are centralized and singular while conducting commercial relations.

In Workcube, suppliers and customers are used with Accounts and Contacts business objects.

Customers can be examined in two different types. If sales are made to Holding, Limited, Joint Stock or individual companies, account, if working with real persons, contact.

Suppliers

The producers of raw materials and products that companies or individuals will use in order to sell their products and services are called suppliers.

Supplier records should be kept and analyzed in order to answer questions such as how much product or service was purchased from which company, how much we owe to suppliers, which services or products do our suppliers deliver on time, should we produce instead of supplying them?

Customers

The customer is the consumer of the product or service. Businesses can trade as long as their customers exist, all processes within the business exist to understand customers' requests, to produce those requests and to deliver those requests to the masses.

Purchase orders from suppliers do not arrive on time, inefficient staff work, production delays, etc. affects customers the most. Doomsday in the company, discussions within the units, long meetings are always for the customers to get better service.

"There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else."

Sam Walton
