Vehicle Purchase-Sales

By using this module, companies can manage their transactions such as purchase, sale, replacement requests from a single center and control price suggestion and vehicle sales transactions regarding company vehicles in all branch offices.

This module includes topics such as "Purchase Request", "Sales Request", "Change Request", "Return Request", "Request Search", "Price Recommendation", "Vehicle Sale" related to company vehicles.

Purchase Request

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Other > Vehicle Purchase Request

Here you can manage vehicle purchase requests from any branch office of your company.

• The process area displays your authorizations for purchase requests.
• In the example on the screen it appears that the initial registration authorization for Purchase Requests is available. For other process definitions (such as Approval, Order) you cannot make a transaction without authorization. Definitions in the process area are made on the Dashboard > BPM > Processes page.
• Vehicle Type definitions; It is done from System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Physical Assets Categories page.
• Purpose of Use definitions; It is done from the System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Purpose of Use page.
• Brand / Brand Type definitions; It is done from System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Brand Types page.
• Written Off Plate field can only be filled for broken vehicles. The vehicles you have made passive will be displayed.

Sales Request

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Sale Request

Return Request

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Return Request

Here you can manage the vehicle return request from any branch office of your company. Return Request works the same as “Sales Request”.

Change Request

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Change Request

Here you can manage the vehicle change request from any branch office of your company. On the page opened for the vehicle for which the Sales Request is made; The fields at the top are the same as the other request pages. In the lower part, the information of the old vehicle and the vehicle to be replaced are defined.

Request Search

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Request Search

The Request Search page allows you to filter among all request records.

Price Recommendation

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Price Recommendation

From this page, you can register price recommendations for company vehicles that have been requested for sale, and see previously made price recommendations.

You can search for price recommendations using the filtering fields at the top of the page.

Click on the “+” icon to suggest a price for the vehicles on which Sales Request has been made.

To update your recommendation, simply click on the "Update" icon at the end of the line of your recommendation.

Tip: The vehicle sales transaction checks the entered max and min price. No sales can be made above or below these values.

Vehicle Sales General Information

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Purchases and Sales

It allows you to manage the sales transactions of your company's vehicles. Of the vehicles for which you have registered a sales request, those with Price Recommendation registrations are displayed on this page. Requests without a Price Recommendation will not be received.

You can search using the filtering fields at the top of this page.

You can update the sales information of the vehicles whose sales transactions are made by clicking the icon next to the relevant record on this page.

If the payment has been received or transferred, you must tick the relevant boxes. After making the necessary changes, you will complete your transaction by clicking the "Update" button.

Tip: Even if the vehicles that have not yet been transferred are marked as received, the listing will appear as a sales request.
