5 Dimension Transaction

It is a function that collects 5-dimensional transaction expense, accounting, cash, bank, and budget transactions in a single receipt mainly developed for quick work for accountants.

With this transaction, the debt-credit transfer transaction is performed between the accounts.

For Example; A "Tax Payment" transaction is requested. This transaction must make both Bank Transactions and Accounting Transactions. This process can be done easily on a single screen from the 5-Dimensional Transaction page.

ROUTE: ERP > Finance Accounting > Accounting Transactions > 5 Dimensions Transactions

After filling in the information in the upper field such as Transaction Type, Process, Explanation, the transfer transaction information is entered in the field below.

One of the accounts to be entered here will be a creditor and the other will be a debtor. After selecting the account type in the Debt and Credit fields, the remaining fields should be filled in depending on the selection.

Depending on the selection you have made in the Account Type field, the next column will be shaped.

  • When Cost/Income is selected, Expense Center, Expense Item, and Accounting Code popups are opened.
  • When the bank is selected, the Bank Accounts selectbox appears.
  • When Cash Account is selected, a selectbox appears where the defined Cash Accounts can be selected.
  • When Current is selected, the Member popup appears.
  • When Accounting is selected, Accounting Code popup appears.

For Example; The Debt and Credit rows are added for the tax payment transaction. In the Debt line, “Account Type” Accounting is selected. Since the accounting transaction will be performed, no selection is made in the account field. Then, a description is entered and the account to be debited is selected in the "Accounting Code" field. The amount to be paid is written. In the credit line, the account to which the tax will be paid is selected. When you choose a bank, the relevant bank is selected in the "Account" field and the transaction is recorded by typing the amount after the explanation is entered.

If the process is related to a project, you can choose from the "Project" field.

After the registration process is completed, the system will automatically create an Accounting Receipt and record it in Bank Transactions.

You can view the accounting receipt by clicking the marked icon on the top right of the update screen of the transfer transaction.

You can check the record in Bank Transactions from the ERP > Finance Accounting > Bank > Bank Transactions page.
