Designation Promotional Forms


 The Workcube Designation Promotional Forms refers to the form prepared for the appointment of employees in vacant or newly formed positions.

Warning: With this function of Workcube, it can only be used by the employees you have authorized.


Adding Promotional Forms


HR - HR > Planning > Role Planning > Designation Promotional Forms page must click + to enter the promotional form.

  1. Personnel Request: Indicates the area in the system where the request for this position will be selected.
  2. Title: The title name comes automatically, but if a different name is desired, it should be written here.
  3. Company-Branch Office-Department: Indicates the area where the department is selected by clicking the three-dot icon in the relevant area. Note: Only department selection should be made, branch and company information comes automatically.
  4. Name Lastname: Indicates the field where the name and surname of the employee to be assigned will be entered.
  5. ID No: Indicates the field where Employee's ID number will be entered.
  6. Unit and Duty: The unit and task the employee will take part in should be selected.
  7. Date of Birth: Indicates the field where the employee's date of birth will be selected.
  8. Work Experience in This Field (Year): It refers to the field to be written manually, and how many years of experience the employee has.
  9. Gender: It refers to the field where the gender of the employee will be selected.
  10. Military Servis Status - Military Servis Status Explanation: It refers to the place where the military status of the employee can be selected and the field where the explanation can be written.
  11. Educational Status: It refers to the field where the education status of the employee will be selected.
  12. Driver's License: If the employee has a driver's license, it refers to the field to be selected.
  13. Psychotechnique: It refers to the field where the employee can have/no psycho-technical report.
  14. Any relatives working in the same branch office: Indicates the field where the employee can be selected to have or not have a relative in the relevant branch.
  15. Relationship degree with the employee: If there is a relative of the employee, it refers to the area where the degree of closeness is written.
  16. If the Employee is a Fixed Term Employee: This field must be filled if the employee will work for a certain period as a result of the relevant assignment. It should be noted that this field should be left blank if it is an indefinite-term employee.
  17. Work Start-End of Employment: It refers to the area on which the date to start and end for fixed-term employees is selected.
  18. Company-Branch-Department: Indicates the area where the company, branch, and department the employee worked before is selected.
  19. Job: It refers to the area where the previous job of the employee will be selected.
  20. Exit Reason: It refers to the field where the reason for leaving the former job is selected.
  21. Work Start: It refers to the field where the first employment date is selected when the employee leaves.
  22. End of Employment: It refers to the area where the quit date is selected when the employee leaves.
  23. Former Wage: Indicates the field where the wage was written when he left the job or if there was a transfer.
  24. Gross Salary: It refers to the field in which the wage for which he started to work is written.
  25. Appendix: Indicates the area where the fringe benefits provided to the employee other than the salary are selected.
  26. Opinion: Indicates the area where the registrant will comment for the newly appointed employee.
  27. Assignment Status: Indicates the field in which the employee is selected in which assignment status he will be assigned.
  28. Save: Indicates the area where the assignment form will be saved.
