Maintenance


It is the screen where necessary update and editing control operations are made for the operations defined on Workcube. 

Route: All maintenance operations to be performed on the system are displayed collectively on the Dashboard > System > Maintenance screen.


1. Finance Accounting

Budget DistributionIt is the screen used to organize the budget transactions in the invoices in the relevant year's period.

Accounting Receipts not including Receivables or Payables: This is the screen where the checks of this type of receipts are made.

Account Control Report: It is the screen where the accounts in the accounting chart of accounts defined in your system are checked.

Accounts with Transactions but not Listed in the Account Plan: This is the screen where the controls of this type of operation are provided.

Non-transaction Current Movements: It is the screen where the records that are not processed after the current transaction record are displayed collectively.

Non-Transaction Accounting Receipts: It is the screen where the records that are not processed after the recorded accounting receipt are displayed collectively.


2. Sales

Invoice Closing: It is the screen used for matching and closing the open invoices of the relevant year. 

Cost: It is the screen where the date of the records of the transactions that calculate the cost, the records of the recorder and the documents of the related records are displayed collectively.

Re-Cost: It is the screen used to edit the cost transactions in the relevant year's period.

Order Reserved Maintenance Code: It is the screen used to reserve the stocks in the order, delivery note and invoice lines and to keep the reserved stocks consistent.


3. System Management

Data Services: It is the screen used to import the data sets on Workcube in bulk.

WBP: This is the screen where functions developed for Ready Implementation and Best Practice solutions are displayed. 

WRO: It is the upgrade screen used to save data changes or new settings to the database. For more detailed information, you can read our article titled "What is WRO and How to Write It".
