Sales Delivery Notes


Sales Delivery Notes are the delivery notes issued in exchange for goods or services sold. It is necessary to make a sales record for all physical goods out of stocks.

Sales Delivery Note XML Settings

1 - Convert to warehouse shipment delivery note

When it is selected as Yes, the "Convert to Delivery Note" button appears in the upper right corner of the document whose transaction type is recorded as "Consignment Exit Delivery Note". It is used to convert it to a Delivery Note.

2 - Can the delivery address be changed manually?

Instead of selecting the shipping address from the popup, it should be selected as "Yes" in order to enter it manually.

3 - Move the delivery date on the order line to the delivery note

When Yes is selected, the delivery date of the order associated with the delivery note is reflected on the delivery date on the delivery note lines.

4 - Check the type of operation in the selection of the delivery note in the consignment delivery notes

If Yes is selected, only consignment type delivery notes are allowed to be selected in the consignment note selection popup.

5 - Should the related order subscription be checked?

If Yes is selected, it is not allowed to select the subscription of the associated order and the subscription of the delivery note differently.

6 - Is serial number check mandatory?

If it is selected as yes, it becomes mandatory to enter the serials of the products with serial tracking.

7 - Do transaction type checks?

If it is selected as Yes, updating between transaction types with different PROCESS_IDs is prevented.

8 - Reflect the selected project in the document to the lines?

If Yes is selected, the project in the document will be reflected on the lines where the project information is not selected in the line.

9 - Show the process?

If yes, processes are shown on the page.

10 - Updating the sent e-delivery note

If it is selected as no, sent e-delivery notes cannot be updated.

11 - Warehouse location authorization

If all locations are selected, all locations can be selected regardless of authorization controls.



Sales records can be made by selecting the following documents from the “Transaction Type” section on the Sales Delivery Note Recording screen;

  • Purchase Return Delivery Note
    It is the delivery note issued if a purchased product is returned for any reason.

  • Export Delivery Note
    It is the delivery note that is issued during the shipment of the goods of the exported products.

  • Consignment Exit Delivery Note
    These are the delivery notes issued during the shipment of the consignment goods.

  • Consignment Entry Return Delivery Note
    These are the delivery notes created for the returned consignment products.

  • Retail Sales Delivery Note
    These are the delivery notes issued in exchange for retail goods or services.

  • Inventory Exit Transaction (Service)
    If it is taken out of inventory for the services provided, it is done over this transaction type.

  • Wholesale Delivery Note
    These are the delivery notes issued in exchange for wholesale goods or services.

  • Output to Producer Delivery Note
    These are the delivery notes in which the products sent to the manufacturer are issued.

Sales Delivery Notes Definitions

1-Process: Stages are specified in this field. E.g; Risk-Control, Quality Control etc.

2-Transaction Type: This field is used to select the type of sales document you have prepared. A list of all the documents we have mentioned above is displayed in this area within your authorization. Click on the field and select the type of document you are editing from the list.

Note: The definitions of transaction types are made by the system administrator in the Transaction Categories field. In this list, the transaction types to which the fuseaction information of the page you are in are added are displayed. If you do not see a transaction type here, contact your system administrator. 3-Current Account: This field is used to select the customer to whom the goods are issued in the sales transaction.

Warning: In order for the customer to be displayed in the current accounts list here, the customer must be marked as “Dealer” on the corporate account card, and the relevant accounting account definitions must be made for the current financial period.

4-Contact Person: Current Account / Contact Person field refers to the company official of the account, the name of the customer representative selected in the upper field is displayed here.

5-Received By: It is used to add the person who received the order.

6-Order: The order field is used to specify the relevant sales order in the preparation of wholesale or retail sales shippings. Sales orders of the current account are displayed in the selection list in this field. If the order is selected, the information in the order will be transferred to the delivery note.

7-Sales Staff: You can select the employee who makes the sale, depending on this delivery note.

8-Delivery Note Number: The delivery note number field record is used to write the number of the document entered. This field must be filled.

Tip: You can create your own serial number by customizing your own settings (Settings > Document No Settings).

9-Date: The delivery note date field represents the date the delivery note was prepared.

10-Actual Shipping Date: The actual shipping date refers to the date of product delivery. This field is required.

11-Reference: If there are relevant references, they are indicated in this field.

12-Subscription Number: If you are issuing a delivery note associated with a subscription, you can select the relevant subscription from here.

13-Project: In the project field, the project to which this sales delivery note is related is selected.

14-Service Application: If the shipment is made for a service application, for example; If we are making a spare part issue based on a service application made for a machine repair, we can associate the relevant service application with the delivery note from this field. With this association, all related delivery notes can be accessed from within the relevant service record.

15-Cancel of Delivery Note: When you select this box and say "Update", the delivery note will be canceled. When the delivery note is canceled, the inventories will be restored as if this process never happened.

16-Warehouse: The warehouse area is used to select the warehouse or location where the product will be released/shipped.

17-Shipping Address: The shipping address refers to the address to which the product/order will be shipped, and the address linked to the current is sent automatically. If there is more than one address/branch office connected to the current, click the icon next to this field and click on the link of the relevant address from the list.

18-Shipping Method: This field is used to select the shipping method.

19-Payment Method: The payment method is determined in this field.

20-Maturity Date: Maturity is defined in this field.

21-Explanation: You can add a description for the sales receipt.

22-Additional Info: In this field, additional information about the delivery note can be defined.


 

The use of the basket area is as follows;

To add products to the basket, click the “+” icon at the beginning of the basket line. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the inventory code, barcode, or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.

You can change their amount manually. Then click the “Save” button. The sales record you have added will be added to the "Inventory Transactions" list, together with the relevant document number, document name, and date.

Note: If the delivery note you have entered is linked to the order and the relevant order is selected on the delivery note, the products in the order will automatically arrive in the basket.


The following operations are performed with the help of the links in the upper right;

Package Control: If you selected the “Package Control Type” option on the product registration screen, the product itself or the first breakdowns in the BOMs are displayed in the package control section of the sales delivery note, depending on the selection of the product itself or its components.

Warranty-Serial Numbers-Add: When you click on this link, you can add serial numbers for the products included in the delivery note.

Note: Serial numbers without product entry cannot be output.

Inventory Transactions: This link takes you to the Inventory Transactions listing page.

Add Shipment: This link takes you to the Packing and Shipping - New Registration page.

With the help of other links, you can view the additional information of the delivery note, related notifications, detail page, and perform operations such as printing, saving, adding a new delivery note.
