With Subscription Management, all functions in Workcube can be used integrated, as well as the following main transactions.

  • Creating an unlimited number of subscriptions to the system.
  • Contract management in all its details.
  • Adding counters and tariffs.
  • Creating an automatic payment plan from the subscription agreement.
  • Automatic invoicing from subscription agreement
  • Ability to manage payments of all subscriptions from one place.
  • Ability to digitally store all kinds of documents related to the subscription agreement on my site.
  • Being able to centrally monitor all transactions, interactions, income, and expenses related to the subscription contract and calculate the profitability of the contract.
  • Full integration with other Workcube applications.

Subscription works depending on company flow parameters and XML settings on some screens. If these parameters are selected, it provides the opportunity to select and follow system information such as order, service, etc. on related screens.

For example, a company that sells internet packages for 49 USD per month with unlimited 24 months commitment may issue an invoice of 49 USD every month to its customers who sign this commitment agreement. By reading the counters every month, invoices can be issued according to the tariff. A school manages student fees while a mall follows lease agreements. A foundation can monitor dues and collections. Workcube performs all these operations within the scope of subscription-based contract management.
