Organizational Chart


An organization or position with the Workcube Organizational Chart module; You can view and print a chart according to options such as top-level unit, company, branch, department, and manager.


Route: HR > Planning > Charts > Organizational Chart


According to the definitions, we will make, two basic charts can be extracted on the Organizational Chart page; Organization and Position. First, let's look at the definitions we can make according to the "Organization" option.

Fields;

  1. Type: Can be selected as Organization or Position. Filtering screens change according to these options.
  2. Top Unit Level: The "Top Level Unit" defined by the companies is selected.
  3. Company: Branch options that can be selected according to the selected company are also determined.
  4. Branch Office: After the branch selection, the department option can also be selected if desired.
  5. Department: If the department is selected, it will appear in the chart.
  6. Account Owner: Account Owner 1 and Account Owner 2 can be selected according to the company definitions you have made.
  7. Organization History: The chart can be extracted by date.
  8. Selection Boxes: Chart drawings can be detailed according to Position, Position Type, Photo, and Title options.
  9. You can draw your organizational chart according to the definitions you make with the "Draw" button. You can print this drawing with the button next to this button.

When we made the type selection "Organization", we saw the options. Now let's look at the chart that we will obtain according to the "Position" type option.

  1. Type: Organizational Chart options change when "Position" is selected.
  2. Company: Company selection is made here.
  3. Position: The position definitions you have made are opened as a list. All employees under that position are selected to be displayed in the chart.
  4. Affiliation: It can be selected as "Administrative" or "Functional".
  5. Step: The step options can be changed according to many definitions as up and down.
  6. Organization History: The chart can be obtained by date.
  7. Selection Boxes: Chart drawings can be detailed according to Position, Position Type, Photo, and Title options.
  8. You can draw your organization chart according to the definitions you made with the "Draw" button. You can print this drawing with the button next to this button.

Tip: You can change the positions of the items with the drag-and-drop method in the chart you have obtained.

Tip 2: You can open a new box by double-clicking on the item.

Tip 3: When you click on the names of the items, you can change the name of the chart you are drawing. This change does not affect the master data.
