Failure Notifications

Failure Notifications include maintenance and repairs that are not periodic maintenance, but when malfunctions, failures occur. Monitoring the problems experienced in Physical, IT Assets or Vehicles is very important especially on the Production Work Center side.

Production may come to a standstill if not followed correctly. Failure Notifications are used to resolve these problems. By specifying the date and time of the failure, you can associate it with the asset, work center, maintenance type, project, related person and the person reporting the failure and follow it up on the system.

You can Report a Failure or update a reported failure by following the route shown below.
