Repair-Maintenance Plan and Results


Repair-Maintenance Plan and Results allow you to make and manage regular maintenance plans for your physical assets. It allows you to easily view and monitor the maintenance plans you have made from the maintenance schedule. 



You can create maintenance plans, and easily enter maintenance results through the maintenance plans and maintenance schedule you have created.

You can make maintenance plans of physical assets, motor vehicles, and IT assets in the company through this module, and you can also view them monthly, weekly, and daily from the maintenance schedule.

Note: Before using Maintenance Management, all parametric definitions to be used within the company regarding Physical Assets in Dashboard > System > Parameters must be made.


Listing Maintenance Plans

Route: Repair-Maintenance > Repair-Maintenance Plans


Start Date: Maintenance plans with registration date on the date you write here and after this date are listed.

End Date: Maintenance plans with registration date before and after the date you write here are listed.

Period: You can make a search by entering the information on how often this maintenance is done in the Period field.

Adding a New Maintenance Plan;

Click the “+” button on the Maintenance Plan page to save the maintenance plan. The Add Maintenance Plan page will appear.

1-Click on the icon next to the Physical Assets field and select the asset you want to add a maintenance plan from the drop-down list.

Note: In Dashboard > System > Page Settings, the "Add Maintenance to Assets?" option from XML settings is marked as "All". You can change this option to “IT Assets”, “Physical Assets” or “Tools” if you do not want all assets to be maintained.

2-You must choose one of the maintenance types defined for the Maintenance Type assets. Maintenance Types are defined from the Parameters > Maintenance Types page.

3-Save the date to be maintained in the date field.

4-You should select the staff responsible for maintenance in the staff field.

5-The maintenance period is selected from the Period Duration field.

6-In the Period / KM field, the KM period is written in how many kilometers the maintenance will be made.

7-In the Duration field, the day, hour and minute information of the maintenance will be determined.

8-You can write the place from the Place field.

9-You can enter the work center where the maintenance will be performed in the Work Center field.

10-You can add a maintenance plan process to the process field.

11-You can write an explanation about the maintenance plan in the explanation field.

After filling in the fields, click the “Save” button to finish the registration process.


Maintenance Plan Update

To make any changes and update the maintenance plan, you must click the "Update" icon to the right of the maintenance records.

After saving the maintenance plan, the screen will appear as above. You can enter and view the maintenance result from this page.


Maintenance Results

The maintenance results page is used to add the results of the related maintenance. When the page is first opened, it opens as a filtering page.

Route: Repair-Maintenance > Maintenance Results


The Maintenance Time field shows the difference between the Maintenance Start Date and the Maintenance End Date.

If you want to see how much time has passed since the last maintenance, you need to select "Bring Maintenance End Date to Today's Difference to Maintenance Time on List Page" as Yes from the XML settings on the page.


Adding New Maintenance Result

Click on the “+” icon on the list page to add maintenance results. The Add New Maintenance Result screen will appear.

The Maintenance Operation Type field is used for the asset maintenance type. If "Statutory Maintenance" is selected, it means that the legal maintenance process of the maintenance asset has been done. Maintenance types come according to Statutory and Normal Maintenance. At the same time, if Statutory Maintenance is selected, the "Policy No" field will be displayed to fill in.

Tip: You can specify the Statutory/Normal maintenance operation type in the definition made under Dashboard > System > Parameters > Maintenance Types.

The Insurance Payment field is used to indicate whether the maintenance performed is an insurance payment.

The Maintenance Items field is located at the bottom of the maintenance result page. To add a Maintenance Item, you must click the "+" icon to the right of the fields.


Maintenance Result Update Page

Click on the “Update” icon to the right of the records on the page where Maintenance Results are listed to reach the “Update Maintenance Results” page.

If there are components of the asset being maintained on the Update Maintenance Result Page, they are listed. At the same time, documents can be attached after the maintenance result is completed.
