Event Report


Records of disciplinary proceedings, work accidents and similar events in the workplace can be kept on the system.


Route: HR > Other HR > Disciplinary and Other Actions > Event Report


Warning: From the Authorization Groups screen, the user must be authorized for Disciplinary and Other Actions.


On the event report listing screen, all event reports registered in the system can be listed with event type, related person and organization, date details.

Adding and Updating Event Report

Event reports are kept with many details. It is very important that the details given here are accurate as they may result in disciplinary action against the neglectful person at work.

  1. Event Type: The type of event is selected. For example, work accident or inappropriate behavior can be selected. You can edit the Event Type parameter from the Dashboard > System > Parameters screen.
  2. Branch: The branch where the event took place is selected.
  3. Neglectful: The employee who caused the event is selected.
  4. Approval Date: Select the approval date of the event report.
  5. Description: Many details about the event are given. In addition to written details, it is also possible to add images, videos and links.
  6. Event Date: Enter the date of the event
  7. Witnesses: People who witnessed the event in the company are added from this field. After the event report is created, these people will be consulted.

After clicking the "Save" button, the event report is saved. Some details about the event report that can be added here are displayed on the update screen.


Notification Letter to the Prosecutor's Office: If the event concerns the prosecutor's office, a notification letter can be written to the prosecutor's office with the details of the event report.

Witness Statements: Witnesses entered in the recording screen can give their statements about the event in this section. Note: Detailed witness statements are essential for keeping an event report.

Defense Request Letter: A defense request letter can be prepared for the person who caused the event.

Disciplinary Committee Decision: As a result of the event report, the employee may be referred to the disciplinary committee. Details about the meeting, file, decision, chairman and members of the disciplinary committee are given here.

Termination Letter: A termination letter can be written as a result of the event report.

Penalty Notification Letter: A penalty notification letter can be written.

Once all the details have been provided, the event report can be printed or imported as a PDF using the print icon at the top right.
