Call Center Page Settings


The Workcube Call Center page allows the employees of companies to access all information about the customer from a single point and quickly solve the customer's problem. 

XML Settings determines page-specific operating rules.

On the Applications screen, you can access the XML Settings by following the Dashboard > System > Page Settings route.


Application Listing XML



1-Only authorized processes should be included in the filter and list.

When Yes is selected, applications in authorized processes are displayed in the filter and list.

2- Let only the applications belonging to your own company appear in the list

If Yes is selected, applications related to the company connected to the system are displayed. Applications of other companies in the system are not displayed.


Add/Update Application XML



1-Let the Staff be selected depending on the Subtree Category

If Yes is selected, it makes SubTree Category selection mandatory for staff selection.

2-Let the post list consist of Sub-Tree Category

If Yes is selected, it checks the post list in the Complaint Sub-Tree Category, if no is selected, it checks the post list in the Complaint Sub-Category.

3-Select Subtree Categories one by one.

If No is selected, Multiple Complaint Sub-Category can be selected. In order to send e-mails to the mailing list, “no” must be selected.

4-Make Multiple Sub-Category selection.

It allows collective selection of sub-categories depending on the category selected on the page. This XML will not work when the "Select subtree categories one by one" XML is selected.

5-Document number

If the document number is entered here, the document numbers of the added applications are not taken from the standard document numbers, the document number is created by adding the numbers generated by the system to the end of the statement added here. For example, if SD is entered in this field, the system creates a document number such as SD-20110920000000093993.

6-Should the sub-categories depend on the upper category?

If Yes is selected, sub-categories related to the category are displayed according to the category selection made on the page.

7-The one who notifies the application will come automatically

If Yes is selected, it ensures that the representative of the account we selected in the applicant section will automatically appear in the "application reported by" area.

8-From which company's data should the financial information be obtained? (Type Our-Company-ID.)

Write down the ID of the relevant company.

9-Show the caller's subscriptions in other companies (insert Company IDs)

Write down the relevant IDs.

10-When the application is registered, send an e-mail to the Subscription Team?

If Yes is selected, an e-mail is sent to the Subscription Team when the registration process is completed.
